You'll be right downtown Picton, close to all the action. Fabulous restaurants and shops, the famous Regent Theatre and Royal Hotel. You can't go wrong with choosing Picton as your home base for all your Prince Edward County adventures. Magnolia House is just a 20 min drive to the famous Sandbanks Beach!

Magnolia House on Mary is a detached, 3-bedroom, 2-bath, spacious and bright house. Guests have full access to a hot tub, deck area, deck with BBQ and a beautiful private yard with firepit.
Lots to keep you entertained in the games room with arcade, darts, Foosball, card table and chairs. ). And quieter moments can be enjoyed in the wrap around glassed in sunroom.
