Beautiful area and great location to enjoy other close attractions, such as Torch Lake and Clam Lake (rent a boat/pontoon for good fishing, boating, swimming). Sue, our host, was exceptional. If I messaged her, she would respond within minutes. The price was excellent too.

Super skiing

We had a great trip skiing, fort building and swimming. The kitchen had everything we needed and the kids loved having a TV in their bedroom!

Great base for a winter wonderland

Great base for Shanty Creek and other northern Michigan ski resorts. Very cool property with large windows and great view. Excellent check-in and communication. Would stay again.

This place was very clean, the views were beautiful in the winter, full size class windows wall to wall. Cozy fireplace, lots of space.There’s a creek that runs in the back, saw deer and hawk. 9 min drive to ski , 4 mins to pizza and grocery. Couldn’t ask for a nicer place.

Mini getaway for daughters birthday

Property and location was everything we had asked for. The only thing negative was, we were failed to be provided information on the actual unit number of the number and directions to the beach we had access to until the last day, so did not get to experience that. Overall, still would come back to this location!

The unit number and exactly how to find the correct bldg have been updated since this guest stayed. There is information and the beach club pass in the welcome book located in the condo.

We had a wonderful stay here! This condo has everything you need, is spacious, and in a perfect location. The condo is super clean, has tons of storage space, and has a great deck overlooking the creek. It was so nice to have 2 bathrooms for 6 females! Sue, the property manager, is friendly and responded to all my questions really quickly. The condo has the best of both worlds as you have access to the resort amenities but it is also close to downtown and Torch Lake. The beach club access at Bellaire Lake is one of the best perks. We had a blast going to the beach, playing pickleball, & going back for the sunset. We loved visiting downtown Bellaire and Alden. Torch Lake is gorgeous and is a must see to believe. We are already planning our next trip back!

The property is tucked back in a very quiet peaceful wooded area with a creek running behind. Ample free lot parking. Unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The washer and dryer in the unit was a plus especially when we had little ones with us. The extras like the pool and lake use helped keep us all busy. We enjoyed renting a pontoon at nearby Torch Lake, the convenience of nearby Food Faire grocery store as well as eating a delicious lunch at Shanty Creek golf course. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place to visit. Sue the property manager was very helpful in answering any questions that came up. The only thing we did not find in the room was the Internet, username and password which I believe someone had removed from the welcome book. It was nice to have been provided a code for the door, especially since we arrived very late at night and did not have to deal with a check in office.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Bellaire, Michigan! The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was excellent, providing easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and outdoor activities. We especially enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and beautiful scenery that Bellaire has to offer.Most importantly, we had a great time. Whether we were relaxing at the condo, exploring the area, or spending quality time together, the experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Bellaire!

The place was well kept, clean and had everything we needed. The pool was nice to use and the private beach area was too. It was really close to town, beaches and accessible to surrounding cities and lakes. It was spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bath with a balcony overlooking a creek which sounded so nice to listen to.
