RILASSATI E GODITI NEL NOSTRO APPARTAMENTO IN SPIAGGIA !!!

Il nostro condominio si trova nel grattacielo Gulf Shores Plantation (Plantation Dunes) ed è appena stato completamente aggiornato con nuove vernici e pavimenti in tutto. Senza dover uscire dall'edificio, il primo piano di The Dunes offre un centro fitness / esercizio, sauna, bagno turco, due vasche idromassaggio, sala giochi, ristorante, lavanderia a gettoni e una biblioteca completa con una grande varietà di libri e giochi. Il nostro condominio per non fumatori di proprietà privata si trova al secondo piano ed è stato completamente aggiornato con nuovi pavimenti, mobili e vernici. Offre due camere da letto e due bagni e può ospitare fino a sei persone. Il soggiorno è dotato di un divano letto queen size, TV via cavo a schermo piatto da 40 pollici, videoregistratore, DVD e un balcone con una vista mozzafiato sul paesaggio lussureggiante e sullo splendido Golfo del Messico. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutti i nuovi principali elettrodomestici per includere frigorifero con ice maker, fornelli, lavastoviglie, microonde, macchina per il caffè, tostapane e frullatore. La cucina ha anche tutti i nuovi piatti e tutti gli utensili, pentole e padelle di cui potresti aver bisogno. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, bagno privato, TV via cavo a schermo piatto da 32 pollici e accesso al meraviglioso balcone. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale. Questa unità è inoltre dotata di connessione internet wireless, asse da stiro e ferro da stiro, telefono, biancheria per le camere da letto, divano letto e bagni, libri, riviste, puzzle e giochi per il vostro divertimento.

The condo was nice. My only complaints would be the condo had a musty, moldy, smell.. not sure if it came from the air unit or what. Overall the condo was clean... However the bathroom off the master bedroom the floors was not clean. Also, the closet in the master bedroom.... not sure if it is a moisture issue... but the musty smell is really strong and the closet rack and extra pillows were not clean. Things I would recommend adding for guests to have access to.... a broom or vacuum. With all the trips to and from the ocean. I would have liked to have cleaned up in the high traffic areas.

5/10 Mold and Mildew Smell

Check in was easy, drinks and food at Sassy bass is great, kids loved the pool and easy access to beach. The room definitely needs TLC and updated had a weird musky mildew smell, the smell got into my CPAP machine and I can not get it out might have to get it replaced. Master bed not very comfortable mattress sinks in. Bathrooms are very small and not very clean, toilets are very low to ground and there were 2 small rolls of toilet paper that came with so be sure to bring extra, came with just enough towels and washcloths. There’s a door in the master bedroom that has huge gaps and leads straight to the hallway people will wake you up all hours of the night walking by and talking.The spray off stations/showers for sand wash off did not work very well almost not at all. Thank God the weather was great and we were able to barely have to stay in the room otherwise I’d have to rate it lower.

Very nice

Very nice place! Really enjoyed our stay! Short walk to the beach. We were able to rent a set of chairs and umbrella at the beach as well which made it easier on us carrying stuff to the beach.

Property was absolutely beautiful! Condo was immaculate! Host was amazingly helpful! Only issue I had was VRBO neglected to send me the 2 very important emails. One on the unit number. So after driving for 10 hours, I had to stay on the phone until they contacted the host and he gave me the unit number. Then at checkout, I never received the email stating what checkout instructions were. The host was very prompt in emailing me back to give me the instructions. All in all, we will definitely stay here again!! Definite 10 out of 10!!

Surprise birthday beach trip

We came for a weekend birthday trip for hubby. Our stay was too short to really partake of everything the condo had to offer, but it was a good weekend. It was a little pricey for such a short trip, but we all had a great time!

Nice

The place was nice. Ran into a cleaning issue but the owner took care of it promptly. The pictures made me think that the walk to the beach was closer. The employees involved in the check in process were not friendly. They need to realize some people are not able to print the papers out. They did have a form you can fill out but make sure you bring your own pen.

Perfect location!

From the beginning, the owners were extremely prompt to answering my many questions. Check in was seamless, and the location of the unit was fantastic! Second floor, and close enough to the elevators that it wasn't a long hallway walk. So many amenities to enjoy, alongside the great beach spot! Fort Morgan is less busy than Gulf Shores which was ideal for our family, and only 20 minutes from Gulf Shores for major restaurants and attractions. The unit was clean, looked just like the pictures, and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, too! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice but dirty

The condo was very dirty. The light switches were dirty. I had to use a sani wipe that I had purchased to clean. The kitchen sink was dirty with brown spots. The guest bathroom smelled like urine. All drains throughout the condo, drained very slowly from the amount of sand. Went without a television for 4 days in the living room. It took 2 days to get a response from the owner of the condo. They did get a repairman out and replaced the television but, it was days later. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The kitchen light/fan light was flickering to go out. Overall, the facility, the beach, pools, etc. Was very nice and the staff was nice as well.

Nice Place

My little family (2 adults, 1 teen) enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was great. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, & very comfortable. The balcony has a good ocean view. The resort has lots to offer and is right on the beach! We would stay again!

Very Convenient 2 Bedroom Condo

Overall the condo was as advertised and the pictures are accurate. The main building is a little dated and showing it’s age. The condo has comfortable beds and living room furniture. Both bathrooms are small with only a single vanity in each. Very convenient to the beach and nice pools on the grounds. We didn’t get to use the tennis or basketball courts but they looked well maintained for being that close to the beach. Short drive back to Gulf Shores for shopping and dining.

Nice getaway location

Decent property, some things within the condo are a little dated and in need of minor repairs here and there. The furniture is updated, which is nice, but It still has old bathroom/ shower faucets and a very slow draining bathroom sink. The room was clean-ish and we could tell the cleaning staff ran through this room very quickly before our arrival. (We found old clothes in the spare room and sand still all over the floor) None of this would necessarily be a show stopper for us to stay here again, but trying to be fair in the review. Location was great for a small family and the property manager was responsive. The beach and pools were very accessible and everyone there seemed to be doing the young family vacation thing... no crazy parties! Very relaxing and we would recommend a stay here.

Perfect for our family! Would stay here again!

This condo was clean and had the perfect amount of space for our family. You can’t beat the location. Being in Fort Morgan allowed us access to the amenities of Gulf Shores (groceries, shops, etc) without dealing with a crazy amount of people at the beach or in the pools.

We love the location of this property and the multiple pools, as well as the convenience of a restaurant in the back and the Pines Grocery store a short drive away.
