EdgewoodCove - Un rifugio sul mare senza pari con vista mozzafiato sull'oceano e sulle montagne

Thank you so much for your amazing review! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the home, the beautiful ocean views, and the overall comfort during your stay. It’s great to know the space worked well for your group and that the parking accommodated your larger vehicle with ease. We’re especially glad you appreciated the convenient beach access right across the street and the peaceful neighborhood feel—that balance of privacy and proximity to the coast is something we truly value as well. “A thousand stars” truly made our day—thank you! We’d love to welcome you back for another stay in Seaside whenever you’re ready for another coastal getaway.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location, spaciousness of the home, and the easy beach access. We are very sorry to hear the cleanliness did not meet expectations during your stay. This issue was immediately addressed with our professional cleaning company so that it can hopefully be prevented in the future, as this is not the standard experience we aim to provide for our guests. Being on the Oregon Coast, occasional insects can sometimes make their way inside due to the natural beach environment, but the concerns you mentioned regarding dog hair and the condition of the rugs should not have occurred and were taken seriously by our team. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and wish you the best in your future travels.

Donnawas wonderful! Clean, respectful, and easy to communicate with. She took great care and we look forward to seeing them again!

Thank you so much for this beautiful review! We’re absolutely delighted to hear how much you enjoyed your stay in Seaside and that the location made such an impression—having the golf course and mountain backdrop out back and the beach just steps away is something we never get tired of either. It’s wonderful to know the home felt welcoming, whimsical, and sparkling clean upon arrival, and that the upstairs living space, kitchen, and master bath added to your comfort while you took in those incredible views. We’re also glad we could help quickly with the access details so your arrival stayed smooth. Your description of collecting sand dollars and watching the sunset really captures the magic of the area, and we’re so happy the home could be part of that peaceful experience. Thank you again for your kind words—we’d love to welcome you back for a longer stay next time!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad the home provided enough space for your group and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. We do want to clarify a few items mentioned in your review. The door code was released at the same time we received your text message, so there should not have been a delay accessing the property. Regarding the camera found on the mantle, our cleaners intentionally left it there in case the previous guest contacted us so we could arrange to have it shipped back to them. The mantle itself was thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival. After your stay, we also contacted a roofing vendor to inspect the skylight concern. They went onto the roof and monitored the area over several days, including after additional weather, and found no evidence of an active leak. The home is also equipped with instant water heaters. Unless an unusually large amount of hot water is used at once, the system should replenish and reheat very quickly, typically within about 10–20 minutes. As noted in the house instructions, guests are asked to place garbage bins at the curb and start light checkout tasks such as stripping beds to help our team prepare the home efficiently for incoming arrivals. We understand those requests may not suit every guest’s preferences. We appreciate your stay and your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience.

There are too many false items in this review to fully address but we can assure you there is not and has never been a bug problem. The towels were brand new (washed 2 times but may have still been shedding slightly) and while it’s possible that not every dish was inspected by the cleaning crew (sometimes a rogue slightly dirty dish from a guest clean up makes it to the bottom of the dish drawer) we hold ourselves and our cleaners to the highest standards of cleanliness. Upon receiving a complaint of a potato bug in the slider threshold, we let the guests know we would come by to inspect and clean it up. The guest declined and made it pretty clear they would be posting a negative review if we did not refund their money. We have a hard and fast policy to no longer engage if a guest resorts to threats. I would encourage anyone who is concerned looking at our listing to not only look at the reviews both before and after these guests, but to look at the thousands of positive reviews over multiple properties we manage.
