With 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds, this cozy retreat is perfect for families or friends looking for a pleasant getaway. Enjoy the convenience of AC, heating, WiFi, a hair dryer, and a washing machine. The 2 bathrooms feature showers and hair dryers for your comfort. We think our place will help you experience everything Sciota has to offer. Only dogs allowed. Two pups included with rate. Each dog over two is $25.00 extra per night for added cleaning.

First getaway with our pup

Perfect for traveling with our dog, and he is a big one. The sliding doors maxe it perfect for letting him out, hanging on the deck, and loading the car. They had dog bowls, blankets, towels and baggies all ready. If you're going to use the kitchen just make sure to bring salt, pepper, coffee. We would definitely come again!

Great concept!

Dog specific resort! No fishing around for pet policies and weight restrictions, etc. Near a busy road, that's the only minus. Awesome communication, cleanliness, location ...minutes from hikes and gorgeous mountains. A win!

Very cozy - feels like home! The fenced yard is the ultimate perk. This was our second stay here this year and we’ll be back for sure!

Great dog vacay

This was my first time booking a Vrbo stay. Our 5 day stay was very nice and relaxing. Our 9 year old cocker spaniel felt at ease immediately. We enjoyed the nature trail and walking along the quiet road to access it. Checking in was flawless and the host was quick to respond to my questions. The chalet was located in a very popular area we’ve visited a couple of times in the past. I’ve read the complaints about the place being dated with the furniture and mattresses. Quite honestly, if I was an owner, I wouldn’t want to rent a place with newer furnishings knowing that others’ dogs would be jumping or laying on them. We hope to return sometime!

Great place to stay with your pups!

Overall very good experience! The fenced yard is such a plus! Very comfortable and private. Very convenient location. Only downside was the traffic from the highway and construction in the area made it quite noisy. It wouldn’t stop of from staying again when in the area though!

Wonderful Stay in a Cozy, Pet-Friendly Retreat

We had an amazing stay at this property in the Poconos! The home was spacious, providing plenty of room to relax, and the fireplace was absolutely fantastic—it made for some truly cozy nights. The best part was being able to bring our dog along, which made the experience even more special. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating the perfect getaway. We will definitely be returning!
