Nestled in the highly sought-after Magnolia Cottages by the Sea community, this hidden gem is ideally located on 30A, directly across from private beach access. Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach are just a short drive away—both less than two miles from the property. With its quiet surroundings and minimal traffic, this location is perfect for those looking to relax and unwind.
Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted by a spacious, open living area, featuring a cozy sectional sofa and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is generously sized, with ample bar seating and a lovely dining table, making it the perfect space for cooking and enjoying meals. It boasts elegant quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, blending style and functionality. For added convenience, the home also includes a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
Each of the three bedrooms comes equipped with its own flat-screen TV. The queen bedroom has an en-suite full bath, while a second bedroom, ideal for kids, features two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds with twin trundles underneath. It offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience, with easy access to shopping, fantastic restaurants, and entertainment. Plus, it’s rare to find private gated beach access within a short 2-minute walk from your doorstep!

The beautiful hardwood floors and original artwork add character, while the fully renovated interior creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. I’ve designed the space to be both cozy and practical, with games and puzzles for entertainment and a serene back porch for unwinding.
The location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute walk to both the beach and community pool, and a short bike ride to fantastic shops, restaurants, and entertainment along 30A. It’s the ideal retreat for both relaxation and adventure!
