The property was very clean with many updates. The view from the upper deck is beautiful. Overall the location couldn’t be better- many places to walk to for breakfast and lunch.

Simply amazing and unforgettable, unobstructed view of the beach, beautifully decorated and adorned. The place was right next to The Beachcomber, and the vehicle beach access. It was an absolutely great place for our family vacation. It was comfortable and immaculately clean . HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!

This duplex was has the perfect location! Steps away from the ocean and right across the street from the beachcomber restaurant. We ate lunch there every day! The home was impeccable clean and organized. Beds were very comfortable. The shower had the best water pressure i have ever experienced. I'm already thinking about when I can return to this beautiful home.

Great Stay

We used both sides of the house for a family reunion. There are tons of things to do in St. Augustine and the house suited us well. Very enjoyable stay.

This was the first time we have ever done a VRBO vacation, and all I can say was our Thanksgiving Holiday with our son who lives in St. Augustine was perfect. The rental was cozy, clean and just felt really homey to all of us. The amenities and the close proximity to restaurants and shopping was perfect for all of our needs. Looking forward to doing it again.

I rented this place for my two sons and their families. They said it was very clean and comfortable and was well provisioned from the kitchen to the beach chairs. I needed to communicate with the host on a couple of minor things and he responded quickly. We had a great seat to watch the Artemis Moon Launch! I would rent here again without hesitation.

Very family friendly

The location is absolutely amazing. House was clean and everything was easy in regards to check in. Beachcomber was a great place to eat across the street....drinks were delicious there.

Wonderful VK Spot

Had a girls weekend here, plenty of room to spread out. We spent most of our time on the decks! House had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Great location, short walk to beach. We will be back!
