Margaritaville

My wife and I stayed here in September 2026 and Celebrated our 33rd Wedding Anniversary! This home and location were perfect….and the Pool was Clean & Refreshing after our Daily Walks. We will be staying here again in the future and I highly recommend this home for anyone looking to Relax and Spend Time near Lake Sumpter Landing and Spanish Springs!

The home was impeccable. The golf at our disposal was super cool. We loved going out in the pool in the morning for a couple hours! The kitchen was great! We had a wonderful time and plan to be back again!

This is the second time we’ve rented this space. We would definitely do it again if the need arises. It’s a beautiful home and having the pool is an extra bonus.

Lovely, clean and pretty well supplied. Perhaps a platter or two would be nice but that’s no big deal. Only real constructive criticism is the sliding door out to the pool area needs attention or replaced. Very difficult to open from inside and almost impossible from outside. Solution is not to close it completely and I’m sure that affects the air conditioning bill so it would be wise to address the problem. The location is terrific and all appliances work great. Nice towels, beach towels and pool furniture. It’s a winner - keep up the good work. Very family friendly too.

We loved the location which was close to so many great venues and squares .. the house was spacious … we loved the outdoor patio with pool and fire pit .. just a few issues with the tv, oven, ceiling fan Responses for fixes were prompt and everyone very very helpful

This is one of the most beautiful properties we have ever stayed in. We rented this for our family and grand kids because of the pool. This property did not disappoint! It is up-to-date and CLEAN! The communication with the property management company was perfect. They got back to us immediately. We are hoping to rent this property again next year. We all loved it so much. The only request is that the checkout time be moved to 11 a.m. it’s difficult to get out before then. Other than that, no issues what so ever. Beautiful property and perfect hostess. You can’t get better than this one!!!

This was a very comfortable stay and we had a great time! Stayed for spring break and had plenty of amenities for a family. Didn’t utilize the lifestyle IDs and the guest pass process was a very clunky process….with certain hours only and able to get only at certain places in the villages. Other than that..our stay at the home was wonderful. Lots of extra’s to make the stay comfortable. The host was responsive and the only thing I would change would be the checkout time on the day of departure (as 10:00 is too early in my opinion). Thanks for sharing this awesome home with us!

Our stay!

We loved our place! It was such a great place for kids and younger parents! We will def be back to stay again. Only down fall I would say is the hot water was not hot at all!

Margaritaville for the win!

The house was very clean and comfortable. Nice beds, sheets & towels. It was a nice bonus to have a golf cart available and we enjoyed sitting outside around the pool!

Great Rental!!

This home was great. The house was very nice, roomy, kept up well. The pool was awesome to have. We had family visiting so we needed an extra house and this fit the bill totally. We are actually considering renting it again next summer if we get the opportunity.

We really enjoyed the stay and it was so much fun! The host was amazing, only thing we struggled with during our stay was hot water, it seemed to never have hot water for showers or dishes! But no other complaints!!!!

Nice home in villages

Very nice home in the villages. Location great villages are an awesome property very clean and loved the area. A little disappointed with the pool at the home as we only had use of it for 2 days out of the 10. It was in need of repair and had to wait for parts. Other than that we certainly would return for a vacation

Clean home community passes not so much

The house is clean and freshly painted. Everything worked as it should. It doesnt have a toaster. I feel we could have used it. The pool has heat but it wasnt on. It also has a golf cart , but i didnt see that. Also it would be nice to have a mirror in any of the bedrooms. The agency sent me a form march 11th to fill out for passes names, dob, addresses. I filled it out same day. I received the response email that it was received. Upon arrival there were no passes. I called the agency. A woman with a not so pleasant tone said... well we asked you to fill out this for and you didnt. I explained i did and received the reponse email. I sent it to her and she said well i dont have it. Then said i can do you a favor and submit it for you and it will take 48 hours. I said i leave in 3 days.. she said she will push it through but the management wont be happy. She sent us to the office in sumter square. She emailed an hour later and told me your passes are ready for picknup. I drove there they didnt know i existed. 2 more hours later 50 for 2 cards then a drive to another center for guest passes and 7 more forms and another hour to get the passes. I wasted 5 hours of my first day on the passes that should have been waiting for me. They emailed me later saying sorry " I " was confused. I plan on coming back next year. But not through this agency.

This home is clean, tidy and fairly well equipped for a family of 4. The location is good and information supplied helped with WiFi connectivity. We didn’t use the golf cart that is provided so I can’t say anything about that but overall it was a nice place to stay.
