This home is located in the quiet 7000 section (North side of Ocean Lakes) on a VERY spacious lot with a Massive covered porch of extended entertaining space, which includes a propane grill.
Indoors:
Inside, there is cable TV and Roku in the living room and Primary bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen.
3 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom
6 beds, sleeping 6 people. Maximum 4 adults.
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (Small Bunk Room - Twin over Twin bunk
Bedroom 3 (Small Bunk Room - Camper-size Twin over Twin bunk
Living room - Full size sleeper sofa
Full Bathroom - w/ large shower stall
LINENS: We INCLUDE Linens & Bathroom/Kitchen Towels!! Just bring your beach towel
Outdoors:
Large dining table, propane grill and plenty of lounge/relaxation area with TV
Partial Lake View!
You'll also have access to beach chairs & sand toys for the kiddos.
Washer & Dryer in shed.
Plenty of Parking!
**Complimentary use of Golf Cart for licensed drivers age 21 and up
You won't get bored at Ocean Lakes!!
18-hole mini-golf, Activity center with 80+ arcade games, Indoor Pool, Outdoor pool/water park with a splash zone for small children, events and classes at the activity center, holiday events, check-out equipment for basketball, volleyball, horseshoes & more. There's a playground and skate park right on the beach!
*Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 7-days after your stay is complete.
**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.
MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS. Drivers of the golf cart must be 21 years of age, with a drivers license.
