Winter Wonderland is a newly remodeled woodland cottage designed for quiet comfort and simple connection. This intimate retreat offers a peaceful setting within the 34-acre DollyBrook property.

Inside, the living space centers around a gas fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere year-round. A sleeper sofa provides additional flexibility for guests. The updated kitchen features modern appliances and is well equipped for relaxed breakfasts or cozy dinners after a day outdoors. A smart TV is available for streaming (no cable).

The bedroom includes a king bed designed for restful sleep, and the cottage features one full bathroom.

Outdoors, enjoy your private patio with seating and BBQ grill. Cottage 3 also includes a private outdoor fire pit, offering a peaceful place to unwind beneath the trees.

Guests have full access to DollyBrook's shared resort amenities across the property.

The property was adorable and comfy. Very much enjoyed our stay and plan to be back. Only concern is when we left at checkout the drive wasn’t cleared from all the snow. Thankful we had our AWD SUV.

This was a perfect sized house for our family. Kitchen and living areas are more than generous. The firepaet area outside is well kept and comfortable. My only complaints are that there are no matches or lighter to start a fire, and I found the bad to be very hard and unfortable. We did have an issue with being unable to locate the TV remote, and the host went out and bought/delivered a new one quickly.

Reasons this property was possibly the best rental I've stayed at.1. Actually clean. When it comes to rental reviews for some reason they all say they are clean (or have a good score), but once you get there it's mixed actual results. I guess this property is cleaned by a service and some inspects it afterwards. I can definitely tell because I didn't find one hair or one stain.2. Coffee maker. The coffee maker was broken, I called the office and someone brought over a new one right away. I had coffee THAT MORNING. 3. High-end, name brand mattress. I really respect a property where the landlords buy decent stuff that makes your stay more enjoyable. I stayed at an Airbnb recently where they bought the cheapest possible pillows and they were as flat as a pancake. It's super impressive these units have these mattresses' for the units which are very premium and comfortable. 4. Lighter Fluid and 2 lighters (one was almost out), I don't know why but this made me really happy, they have a great looking fire pit out back and my unit had lighter fluid which made starting the fires much easier. I forgot to buy these things at the store and was elated to find them in the unit when we got back. Sometimes little things like this makes all the difference.Overall, this was probably the best property I've ever stayed at, we are definitely coming back.
