Wonderful weekend in a beautiful home, the view is incredible.

Property was beautiful. Unfortunately, one of the beds was so hard, it was unusable and we had to bring in an inflatable mattress. Cushions were missing from the chaise lounge deck, making them unusable.

I can't say enough good things about this beautiful house. Our family had a wonderful time and enjoyed every aspect of it. Just walking around the house is breathtaking because there are 180-degree views of the ocean. Given that this neighborhood has relatively large lots, we felt like we had a beautiful private space (photo from front of house). The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances and a pleasure to cook in. The only point I'd note is that if a person is going to sleep in the top bunk, the bed itself is a bit creaky. My son had the room to himself so it wasn't an issue, but I thought I'd call that out. But overall, I would highly recommend this rental, and we'd love to go back in the future. Of note, there's a beautiful hike called the Pinnacle Gulch Trail. The trailhead is not far from the house, and it's a beautiful path to a relatively small and private beach (photo included). If you like to hike or jog, this is not to be missed.

Stunning view

Loved the location! Beautiful views and lots of wildlife if thats your jam. We had deer, raccoons, birds, rabbits and even a skunk come visit us on the deck over the space of a week.

Beautiful views, not exactly as described

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Outstanding views and easy access to gorgeous Doran beach from this home. Very little privacy due to lack of trees and proximity to neighbors, I would not pick as a honeymoon destination. The home was mostly adequately set up for our family of five, but not as described in the rental listing. There is no king bed in the loft, which we were counting on a part of our sleeping arrangements. There is a twin trundle bed in the loft which could be converted to a king I suppose, but the home does not provide a king bed converter, nor any extra king size bedding for use. The kitchen is very pretty, but we found it lacking in some basic supplies (like salt and pepper) that made any sort of complicated cooking challenging. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would choose a different home for our family the next time we are in the area for these reasons.

Glad you stay was good. Sorry it was not the perfect fit for your group. We do advertise that the hideaway bed upstairs is not for use as a bed. Nobody really has trees as they would block other people's view of the ocean. Please call us if you need anything during your stay. We will happily help or bring you what is needed. Review from guests that departed just before your arrival. "We usually spend the 4th of July in Dillon Beach, but this year we tried something new. We were so pleasantly surprised by the absolutely perfect experience at Sea Casa. It was truly the best way to spend the holiday with our family." Thanks, Stace
