Great property.We travel quite a lot and stay in around 11 rental properties a year.So let me tell you about a broken plug socket.When we went in the property it was super clean and had a full array of stuff (as many kitchen things as you could ever need) but when I went to plug in my phone charger, the socket was broken and this is where it becomes interesting.I messaged the owner and within minutes, they sorted maintenance who came at a time to suit us (it was a bank holiday) and replaced it.So I firmly believe that anyone can look good when things go right - but those who areTruly great jump on it and make things right when things go wrong.Brilliant service.And…Pool was lovely and cleanLots of beach towelsLoads of roomFridge with ice makerAll told - a lovely home:Definitely stay again

The pool was cloudy and we had an issue with some kind of bug inside under stove. Did notify owner and pest control was sent right out. House is very big and we had plenty of room for our dance family. Definitely a good week was had.

The house is beautiful & was the perfect home for us to rent for our family vacation! Having a master bedroom up stairs & downstairs was the second best, the best wss the tub in the downstairs master....The gameroom in the garage was fun for some much needed family time without the TV. We will definitely rent here next time we are in Orlando.

Great spot, close to Disney, east in/out, clean and spacious. Just a minor heads up, bring your own supplies (toilet paper, detergent, paper towels, etc) and there will be a one time 21.50 parking fee.

Beautiful House

The House was beautiful!! So spacious; perfect for our large family. The communication with the owner was EXCELLENT! Will definitely come back just for the house! And the heated pool *sigh*! 10/10 recommend!!

This place was perfect for our larger family to stay down in Orlando for a dance competition. Very clean, well stocked with plenty of towels & so many rooms! (remember to bring your essentials - paper towels, toilet paper, etc) It was too cold to use the pool (dang cold front) but if it was nicer we would have loved to utilize! Communication with owner was great and they were very responsive to all my questions. It was about a 15 min drive to Disney and very close to all the other stores to stock up. It was wonderful to have a master on the main level with King size bed & 2 additional rooms upstairs with King size beds in each room as well. 3 rooms with twin beds & 1 room with a Queen were all perfect for my large family. I would absolutely stay here again.

Disney Trip

The home itself was nice, but needs some updating. The biggest complaints were the pool was dirty, and water was cloudy. It had broken glass in the bottom of it and my son in law cut the bottom of his foot on it, I’m just glad it wasn’t one of the grandkids! The igniter to the grill is broken and not in great shape. We also had little tiny ants in two of the upstairs bedrooms crawling on the shower walls. We enjoyed our stay but wouldn’t choose this house again.

Thanks for the review. We have pool professional to maintain the pool weekly and the pool is cleaned. Also the cloudy pool is due to spa running by the guest(you) for a long time, this is for all pool systems, not an issue. We did not find any glasses in the pool area, not sure who did it, now the pool deck has been power washed and cleaned. The grill is free for guest to use, it is just 2 years old, we noticed the guest to clean it as needed if they want to use, no complaints for any issues. But you still complain it. Florida is a hot snd wet state, may have pests all season, we hire pest control professional to maintain it routinely. We do not have the photos from you for all above complaints, I should ask you to send me photos during your stay.

The community is quiet and well kept. The house is large and has a nice layout. The bedrooms are comfortable and quiet. Everything is quite clean, it could use a good scrubbing around the edges but that didn't detract. There's plenty of extra bedding and bath towels. Only one kitchen towel was provided which was pretty inconvenient. Pots and pans are provided but many have damaged non stick coating which is unhealthy to cook with. The pool is quite large and the patio is very comfortable. The gate that can be stretched to protect kids from the pool is invaluable. The locking mechanism doesn't work well and took 2 people to lock it but it was definitely great to have the gate. All messages were promptly responded to helpfully and courteously. We went to Sea World and Gator land and the traffic was horrible. It took us about an hour to get to and from each destination. Grocery stores are pretty convenient to get to and we definitely saved a lot of money cooking at the house. If we take another Orlando trip we will stay at a connected resort. Spending that much time in traffic after driving 2 days to get there was not enjoyable. Obviously none of the traffic is the fault of the vrbo and this 4 star review is completely based on the house itself, not the traffic. It's a beautiful, well cared for home in a quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in the area.
