Whispering Pines does not allow pets for your stay. If there is any evidence of a pet being on the premises, you will be issued a fee of no less than $300 and any additional cleaning charges will be assigned to you. Service animals are welcome as long as city, state, and federal laws are followed as well as AirBNB/VRBO rules. Service animals are not subject to pet fees or deposits and must comply with all house rules.

Emotional support animals are NOT considered service animals under applicable law and are subject to the property's pet policy noted above.

Service animals must:
Be housebroken
Remain under handler control at all times
Not be left unattended
Not cause repeated or disruptive noise
Not cause damage or require excessive cleaning
Comply with all safety and health rules
Guests are financially responsible for all damage, excessive cleaning, or sanitation costs caused by any animal, including service animals.
