Our home is a tri-level townhome. The primary living area is on the second level, accessible by a staircase from the ground floor. The second bedroom and loft are on the third level, requiring an additional staircase for access.

In addition to parking vehicles out of the weather, it's great for storing gear like kayaks, paddle boards, mountain bikes, skis, and more. Located on a paved road, this property is just minutes from shopping, restaurants, golf, the hospital, and outdoor adventures like hiking and skiing.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
