Step into the open floor plan featuring vaulted ceilings with rustic wood beams, a welcoming living area, and a well-appointed kitchen. The main level includes a bedroom and bath, a dining area, and a laundry room, while the second floor boasts an additional bedroom with an ensuite full bath and loft. Relax on the spacious front and back decks and soak in the mountain views.

Main Bedroom - King Bed (Main Level)
2nd Bedroom - King Bed, Ensuite Bath (2nd Level)
Loft Overlooking Main Living Area - Queen Murphy Bed (2nd Level)
Our home is a tri-level townhome. The primary living area is on the second level, accessible by a staircase from the ground floor. The second bedroom and loft are on the third level, requiring an additional staircase for access.
Guest have access to the one-car garage during their stay as well. In addition to parking vehicles out of the weather, it's great for storing gear like kayaks, paddle boards, mountain bikes, skis, and more. Located on a paved road, this property is just minutes from shopping, restaurants, golf, the hospital, and outdoor adventures like hiking and skiing.
Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
