Located just 15 minutes from Downtown Nashville and 15 mins from Franklin, this spacious and stylish retreat is perfect for families relocating, undergoing home renovations, or professionals seeking a peaceful, extended stay.

Spacious Living Areas: Two living rooms downstairs—one cozy space with a gas fireplace, and another perfect for movie nights with a sectional couch and a 60” Smart TV.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Enjoy the convenience of a modern kitchen featuring a full-size fridge with a water/ice dispenser, under-sink water filter, microwave, air fryer, oven/stove, Ninja blender, hand blender, pots, pans, cookie molds, and more. Pantry space and a wine chiller are included.

It’s close to everything—shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and downtown Nashville—yet it feels like a peaceful retreat. The ambiance is incredibly quiet, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind. What I love most is the sense of community; the families living here are amazing, and there’s a welcoming, friendly atmosphere that makes it feel like home.

What makes our property unique is its exceptional location in a cul-de-sac, offering both privacy and tranquility. Unlike many cul-de-sacs where homes are tightly packed, ours has generous spacing between houses, creating a more open and peaceful environment. Sitting on a spacious 0.53-acre lot, the home is surrounded by lush greenery and a beautiful tree-lined backyard, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. One of the standout features is the nearby pond, visible from two of the upstairs bedrooms—a true delight to wake up to. Inside, the home is comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully remodeled and decorated to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
