Vuoi CALORE - Vuoi sole - AVETE BISOGNO DELLA SPIAGGIA - KINGFISH è la cosa giusta! Fuggi in uno dei santuari più privati di Anna Maria Island per i sensi. Luminoso e allegro - e così così beachy. Kingfish si trova nel cuore dell'isola di Anna Maria. Lungo un sentiero sabbioso dopo due case c'è Tampa Bay Beach e un parco giochi. Solo una passeggiata a nord è l'acqua turchese del Golfo del Messico e il famoso Bean Point.

All'esterno si trova l'azione con una piscina riscaldata, un grande ponte avvolgente e un molo privato. Ti godrai l'alba e i tramonti luminosi ogni giorno, le brezze tropicali e, se sei fortunato, avvistamenti di delfini e lamantini. Se la stagione è giusta, non dovrai cercare a lungo granchi, razze e enormi snook che nuotano liberamente dal molo! Tra viti in fiore e fronde di palma, c'è una piscina scintillante. Riscaldato con molte sedie a sdraio. Hai bisogno di una pausa dal sole? Muoviti all'ombra per un po 'di ping pong, biliardino o uno alla moda al bar esterno. Un grande tavolo da pranzo con otto sedie, un comodo divano, un doppio bilanciere e un barbecue rendono l'intrattenimento al fresco un gioco da ragazzi. Il portico anteriore è tutto in stile piantagione della Florida con altalene portico e due sedie a dondolo vecchio stile.

La romantica e privata camera da letto principale ha un letto a baldacchino king-size blu mare, bagno privato e vanta una vista sulla spiaggia di Tampa Bay. Una camera da letto di ispirazione nautica presenta un letto matrimoniale con lenzuola Ralph Lauren, una terza camera da letto ha un letto king size e vivaci arredi in corallo, mentre una quarta camera da letto ha due letti gemelli rosa. Una quinta camera da letto luminosa e colorata è arredata con una serie di letti a castello e un bagno di terza sala ospita una casa di ospiti e bambini. Ognuna delle tre camere da letto per adulti ha una TV a schermo piatto, oltre a una TV ad alta definizione, videoregistratore e stereo nel soggiorno. Cavo, wireless e lunga distanza gratuita ti terranno connesso. Tre bagni e una doccia esterna rendono ancora più divertenti le vacanze in gruppo.

Great value for what you get. Awesome for a large group or family - everyone gets a room! Big living spaces too. It’s also very close to Bean Point Beach and Pine St, where a lot of restaurants are. Only thing I would say is they might want to consider a beach wagon

We had an absolute blast staying at Kingfish for our vacation! The house very clean and was the perfect "chill" spot for our large family. Mornings were super relaxing - sunshine, island breeze and plenty of space for everyone to get around before heading to the beach. After a day in the sand or around the island, it was nice coming back to the pool area for swimming, ping pong, darts and just hanging out. It felt like a home away from home!The neighborhood was quiet and laid-back, which we loved. It didn't feel touristy at all - it was great staying in a local spot where we could unwind without noise or crowds. The host was very accommodating and communicated well, which made everything easy from check in to check out. Our only small complaints were that the dining chairs weren't super comfortable for family meals or game nights, and the hot tub didn't quite work as expected (though it was too hot to miss it). Some of the bathrooms could use an update, but honestly, everything else about the property outweighed those minor inconveniences.Overall, we had a fun, comfortable stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend this property for large groups looking for a relaxing trip!

Great home, perfect location!! Lots of outdoor fun- pool, paddle board, mini golf. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable. Great kitchen! We rented a golf cart and that's definitely the way to experience the island!

Peaceful and Tucked Away

We loved how we could spend almost all of our time outside on the amazing wrap around porch and very private pool and dock area, but only 3 min bike ride from coffee & breakfast. Tucked away and quiet and really enjoyable. We left feeling so relaxed!

Great house in Anna Maria Island

We thoroughly enjoyed Kingfish house! It was clean, fully stocked with all the necessities and we used the pool and dock every day! Very convenient location to the bay and the gulf sides and we enjoyed walking to Bean Point and both piers! We will definitely be back!!

Overall this place was good and very clean, we would stay again. The location was a 10, the house was an 8. The house needed some repairs and updates: primary bath had a corner sink that was sized for kids, not adults, full bath upstairs had a wicker mirror hung with fishing line at a height for people 5 ft and under, cushions on porch furniture flat, need to be replaced, house sleeps 10, but only 6 seats around pool and 8 at dining table, screens missing on some windows, and when we arrived we found out pool heater wouldn’t work if below 60, ok but hot tub should be heated. Again would stay again, but there were only 6 of us, wouldn’t stay with more than 8!

Great Location to everything in Anna Maria

Home was accurately described! It was great having the pool and access to the bay from the inlet! Everything in one place made for lots of experiences and fun! The squirrels love Cheerios and the parrots were so cool to see!!

Incredible trip

We have been going to Anna Maria for the last 3 years and this property has been the best of our stays! Amenities like the dock, paddleboards, heated pool and spa were used daily! We even saw manatees off the dock. The walk to bean point is so easy and it’s super close to the shops on Pine Ave. The property managers were super responsive (even on 4th of July). We had an incredible stay.

We’ll be back

Great location! We rented bikes to get to the beach access, restaurants, etc. The house has beach towels, comfortable furniture, comfortable beds, and an amazing back deck. The pool area is so relaxing and we enjoyed playing ping pong. Looking forward to returning next year.

Family Trip

Had a blast on Anna Maria. Beautiful location for this property. Close to everything on the quiet side of the island. When we needed to hot tub panel reset due to a power outage, Wes was quick to stop by and get it up and running. We will be back!

Great house and location. Only recommendation that we have for the owners is to remove palm tree that sits over the pool. With all the trees around pool hard to get sunlight especially with the palm tree.

Family vacation

Stayed with my whole family of ten and it could not have been more perfect! It was the perfect size for everyone with plenty of room. We enjoyed the porch seating as well. I was expecting the place to be a little cleaner but over all it was very nice. We enjoyed the pool everyday, all day when we weren’t on the beach. I would suggest getting a golf cart or bikes as the walk to the beach is about 10-15 minutes. We already can’t wait to come back !
