Beautifully Appointed- Sunrise & Sunset Views in Bay Point Resort

Sunset villa has been professionally decorated to allow guests to not only relax, but do so in style. WiFi equipped. Beautiful open floor plan with family room opening to large kitchen area and large separate dining room. Electric fireplace for a cooler summer night!

Kitchen is equipped with high end amenities, from cooking to entertaining. Large Granite island, hardwood floors throughout the entire first floor and custom built cabinets. The large dining room is perfect for a large family gathering, seating 8 comfortably with additional seating at the granite island, or side table which can seat two. Upstairs family room perfect for a private get away for either adults or children. This room also can double as a separate sleeping area as well.

All bedrooms equipped with flat screen high definition smart TVs.

4 Bedrooms, 3.5 baths. Includes 2 private master suites, beautifully appointed baths with first day toiletries included. 2 king beds, each in master suites, plus their own private bath. A bunk room with 2 sets of bunks, upstairs media/family room with a queen sleeper sofa, and a fourth private bedroom with a queen size bed. Approx. 2,500 sq. ft., 2 car attached garage, washer/dryer, outdoor patio and gas grill. The upstairs family room doubles as an additional bedroom.

The 4th bedroom is accessed through this room, making it a perfect place for parents with small children who need to be near, or teenagers who need their own space!

Screened in front porch. Enjoyable days and evenings can be spend bug free! Canoe, paddle board and 2 beach bikes available. Lots of beach toys for the kids. All towels, high end linens are provided.

Rental includes access to Bay Point Resort, it's restaurants, heated pool, sandy beaches, guest marina. There is also a playground, walking paths, basketball, volleyball. Private access for members only, with 24 hour gated security.

You may also bring your own boat! Docking fees are extra and paid/arranged separately with Bay Point Resort.

*6 Night Minimum Rental Period-*Sunday to Sunday although may be able to accommodate Saturday to Saturday depending on certain weeks.

No rentals will be granted to those under 25 years of age.

I cannot accommodate meetings, organizations, private clubs. This is strictly a private residential home only.

Fast communication , clean immaculate house and property space! Lots of unexpected surprises! Had view from dining room of sunset! Amenities for toddler, high chair! Lots of beach chairs ! Pool toys and floats! Will definitely rent again same house ! Parking a plus!Have rented many places before and so appreciate extras in kitchen , blender, keurig, spices! All such a great surprise and plus!Communication was immediate , had WiFi issue and was answered immediately!Thank you so much sharing your space!!

Such a great place! Tamela was responsive to every one of our questions. The house was spotless, well appointed, and had everything we needed for our family of 12. Close to several beaches, and pool access. The neighborhood was quiet, and full of other vacationers. 10/10, would recommend!

This house was fantastic - everything was first class from the appliances to the kitchen equipment. And the house was lovely and so comfortable. The house is located across from the beach in a perfect location. The owner was very responsive to all our inquiries. Just a fabulous house in a beautiful setting!!!

We enjoyed an amazing week of family fun at beautiful Lake Erie. The home was spotless, nicely decorated, relaxing front porch, bunk room perfect for the grandkids and a pantry full of extra food to use if needed. Just amazing! The sandy beach was minutes away as was the pool that overlooked the lake. We only have compliments to share and appreciated working with Tamela who was always helpful and attentive. We enjoyed delicious food at Red's Lakehouse and Twin Oast Brewing. Also had a fantastic experience and highly recommend the African Safari Wildlife Park. We look forward to booking another family vacation soon at Bay Point. Bravo to the staff and we greatly appreciate the home owners and sharing their beautiful home with our family.
