We had a fantastic stay at Overlook Manor. Check-in was easy. The arrival instructions had everything we needed, and the house was ready and comfortable when we got there. It made a great home base for a golf weekend.It's a beautiful spot with a peaceful setting and easy access to everything in the area. We'd stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it.

We had a lovely girls weekend in hot springs. The house was clean and was set up well for our group-- each of the five bedrooms has an attached bathroom which makes this a great set up for a large group. We loved having access to the Community center pool and facilities. And the location is great for visits to the warm springs and other local attractions. Stacy and the hosts were very responsive when we had questions or issues come up and we appreciated that they made an effort to accommodate our special requests.

We had an amazing time at the manor. Beautiful home and a beautiful property. There was an issue with the stove not working, which put a bit of a tweak in our cooking plans, but the communication and timeliness of the owner was wonderful.

⁹lots of room and lots of historical character. House was clean, nicely furnished and in good shape considering its age. Stacey, the local manager, responded immediately and fixed an issue with the fireplace.

What a fun place to stay with a group! Our kids LOVED the bunk bed room. Great outdoor space and fun walking around the neighborhood. Lots of neat history. Already want to rebook another trip, wonderful home and wonderful host! Very prompt and helpful. Extremely easy to get to the Homestead! Thank you again!

House was as advertised, very nice inside and outside. We had a wonderful stay and very close to the Homestead where our group was playing golf. The staff was great with communication and accommodating. Thanks for making our stay memorable.
