Enjoyed the this house near the bay beach. Was large enough and clean with well stocked kitchen. Close to a quaint coastal town with many places to eat and shop.

Great stay at 300 Bay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic stay at 300 Bay. It was a well equipped house, and it absorbed our 14 family members really well. Its proximity to the beach and downtown Lewes were both huge assets. Coming down thanks so much to the owners for sharing this gem with us!

Beachfront on the bay

Gorgeous house that includes everything you need for a beach vacation. Very well equipped kitchen, probably the best I’ve stayed in. Beautiful view of dunes and bay beach. Short walk directly onto the beach over the dune.

Great vacation home for a family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for us, our children and grandchildren. We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach, sitting on the porches and using the low car traffic alley for biking. We liked that the location of the TV was tucked into a side room so that the TV didn't interfere with those reading or conversing. We brought our own beach toys, but it was nice to have the use of the house ones. It was a very nicely equipped house for visitors.

Gorgeous beachfront stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful bayfront house with a porch overlooking the lovely dunes. The master suite has a wonderful view of the bay. The house is nicely updated while maintaining the old beach house charm. We had everything we needed, with plenty of room for two families and a grandma! The place is well stocked inside and out with beach toys and two paddle boards. Location is great - easy walk to Dairy Queen and town. We would love to come back!
