We understand that streaming TV might not be to everyone's preference, but it's becoming the standard in many places as cable options are being phased out. First, internet service across the entire island has been inconsistent since the hurricane, which is unfortunately beyond our control. That said, the TV in the unit is fully functional. Regarding the view, our listing clearly states what to expect, and we encourage guests to review all details before booking. We’re sorry if this was misunderstood. Additionally, this is a privately managed rental, not a hotel, which means we do not operate a 24-hour front desk—nor is there a need for one. We’re glad our team was able to respond quickly to the toilet issue and that you found the unit to be clean. First and foremost, our listing is completely transparent. The photos, room dimensions, amenities, and description accurately depict the unit, including that it is a small beachfront efficiency. We intentionally market it as an affordable beachfront option, not a large suite, so guests know exactly what to expect before booking. Regarding the refrigerator, we responded immediately after being notified and arranged for a replacement as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, unexpected appliance failures can occur, but we addressed the issue without delay. Several of the other comments are simply personal preferences rather than inaccuracies. The furnishings, seating, kitchen setup, and amenities shown in the listing are exactly what is provided. While this unit is compact, it offers guests an affordable opportunity to stay just steps from one of America's most beautiful beaches with direct access to the beach and pool. We also disagree with the suggestion that the property is not accurately represented. Hundreds of guests have chosen this unit specifically because the listing clearly shows its size, layout, and amenities.
