Easy check in. Clean and stocked. Stayed here to go to a concert at Falcon stadium. Great layout for a group of people. Thanks, fun stay.

Eric made our stay easy and carefree! Being able to use the garage made transitioning my elderly mother in and out of the house easily. The home is beautiful with plenty of space and in a great location! I will recommend this property to others, for sure!

The property is very nice, spacious, and relaxing. It is in a convenient location next to the highway. Food is nearby and the view is amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to any family.

This home has everything you need. We had 7 adults in our extended family stay and the layout of the home made it possible to all be together or separate when needed. We grilled and cooked meals for the whole family. We especially loved the outdoor space. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice home. A few challenges. Barbeque was unusable. It would be good if the steps had railings in front and in the garage. Host was responsive with our concerns.

We can’t say enough about how great this stay was. All amenities were intact and operational. We enjoyed the downstairs area and playing shuffleboard. Located in a quiet cul de sac we had a pleasant experience. I locked us out of the home and the owner was very helpful and in no way frustrated by my error. We would love to take home the sweet dog from the neighbors backyard. Slept as comfortably as we do at home. We are already looking for availability for our next trip to he area!

Great relaxing stay

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and exactly as the photos. The snacks and water, coffee, and tea were a great comfort on a cold snowy day. The location is also very convenient with quick access to the highway and great restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay again when we visit Colorado.

A great home away from home

We had a quick stopover here after a week skiing to visit the Air Force Academy and this was the perfect place to stay! The beds were very comfortable, my college-aged kids loved the game room downstairs and the large screens to watch March madness on. Kitchen and bathrooms are exceptionally well stocked and very clean. We arrived earlier than expected and Eric was kind enough to let us in early to relax and settle on. Overall, I highly recommend Eric’s place!

A Wonderful Experience

The house was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect! Eric, our host, was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Check-in was very smooth. It has two bedrooms on the main level. The master bedroom is stunning, with a large bathroom and closet. Downstairs, there was plenty of room, which we didn't use much because there were only 3 of us. It had two bedrooms and a bathroom. This place is accommodating to families as well as adults. Highly recommend!

Great property and Location, layout

The property was perfect for our needs! We were traveling with family members who can’t manage stairs, so having two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level was a huge plus. One bathroom had a walk-in shower and the other had a tub—an ideal setup for our group. Downstairs featured two more bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large game room that offered plenty of space to relax and enjoy. All the beds were very comfortable, and the home had more than enough room for everyone. The host was responsive and easy to work with, and the driveway provided ample parking. We spent a lot of time exploring Colorado Springs and visiting Pikes Peak. The location was actually closer to Colorado Springs than we expected, which was a great bonus. Highly recommend this property for families or groups looking for comfort, convenience, and space!
