This is a wonderful property in a great location. Communication response was fast and there were all the amenities we needed. Very clean and comfortable unit.

We had a wonderful week in this villa. It's easily walkable to the Beach Club, the shopping plaza and Harbour Town. The villa was beautiful and the property owner very responsive throughout the weeks leading up to our trip. We look forward to coming back next year.

A beautiful villa in a great location. We appreciated the use of beach chairs,umbrella and wagon. Kitchen is well stocked with all we needed. It’s very beautifully decorated and comfortable! The host is easy to reach and very quick to respond. 10/10!

As expected. Host was very helpful in getting a technician after hours to check AC. It was a simple problem and fixed in 5 minutes. Response rate was much better than expected.

Our first Hilton Head trip and it did not disappoint! Spacious, clean and quiet. Beds were so comfy and the kitchen was full of amenities for cooking and snacks, even an air fryer!! An easy 10 minute walk to the beach, or we were able to grab the shuttle right in the parking lot. We enjoyed walking each morning and even grilled and watched the golfers play by on the patio. Our host was very easy to contact and quick to respond. Hoping to return in the fall for a golf weekend.

Nice property, the updated kitchen is nice and location is very convenient to all of North Sea Pines areas like golf, tennis, and the beach club. We have two small dogs and a toddler and this property worked well for our family.

Our family of six (2 adults, 4 kids ages 9-16) had a wonderful time at this lovely condo. There was plenty of room and backing up to the golf course gave us great views of greenery and plenty of privacy. It's a quick bike ride to the beach club and easy to get to all the great Sea Pines shops & restaurants. The bedding was super comfy and kitchen was well-stocked!

terrific location, very spacious. everything worked, comfy beds, nice interior decor..only 2 negatives: bushes crowded the bike rack.dog hair on rug and stairs (we didn’t take a dog).We ARE interested in booking again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The pictures show it perfectly. There is parking near the beach as long as you get there early or you can easily bike there. It is very clean and had lots of games for the family.

Holiday Fun

Great location five minute bike ride to the beach. Everyone loved their own bath. The place comes with some beach gear, chairs toys and a boogie board (none of this was expected, but nice to have). Overall great place.

Spectacular!

The property is perfectly located in Sea Pines and features many amenities you’d expect from a high end rental. Very clean and nicely decorated, the property was airy and bright. We’ll be back!

Home was clean and well stocked with all we needed. Owner was responsive and helpful and pleasant to communicate with. Love the location for a quick 5 minute bike to the beach club. Kids enjoyed having their own space and there is enough for each to have a friend if we come back

Excellent!

Rental was exactly as pictured! Extremely clean, well appointed, and nicely decorated. Owner was always prompt with replies and thorough in rental details. Great location! Easy access to bike/walking trails. Highly recommend!

Well appointed, centrally located Sea Pines stay

This home is centrally located in Sea Pines. It has a fresh decor making for a comfortable stay. A big plus is three large bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Beds have nice mattresses and good quality linens. The n’hood pool is clean, and equipped with clean furniture and bath house. The unit is a short bike ride to beach. Overall, a perfect choice.

Don't Hesitate to Book This One!

Great host! The place was just like the pictures. We all agreed that it was the perfect place for us. We had bikes and it was an easy ride to Harbour Town, the Beach Club, and everywhere we needed to be. The accommodations were perfect for 2 couples and a single, but you could fit more. We will definitely rent this lovely unit again!

Clean property loved the location. Not clear instructions on trash pick up or what we were to do upon leaving. Had to reach out both times. Could have more serving dishes and cooking items. Especially for families that like to cook in. Otherwise we had a great stay!

Great location, plenty of room for everyone

Our family had a great time at this townhome! Larry was incredibly communicative leading up to and during the trip. The location is perfect for biking everywhere, we did not need the car at all. Our puppy had a fabulous time watching the golfers from the back door as well as enjoying long walks, trips to nearby Harbor Town for treats, and his first ocean visit. Perfect location and accomodations for families. Everyone had their own bed, and for teenagers that is a big deal. Will definitely stay again in the future!

The villa was nicely equipped with new furnishings. The refrigerator door was left cracked open when we arrived and it was broken and not cooling correctly. We had to throw out groceries and wait until it was fixed on Tuesday. The door has to be pushed closed carefully or it will pop open and freeze the unit. It was Wednesday before we could put groceries in it. I requested compensation for this and the owners deducted 50.00. Upon arrival Sunday evening, the master bedspread was dirty. I checked the extra blankets in the guest bedrooms and both velux blankets also needed to be washed. I contacted the owners and they quickly brought over clean bedding the next day. The unit has been very nicely furnished, decorated, and appointed. They will only cover the cost of one parking pass, which we found unusual. The unit was comfortable, well decorated, and has a convenient location. They need to invest in getting the refrigerator fixed as well as the back door knob to the trash area. We couldn't get it open. Overall a great trip and a nice place to stay.
