Very clean and spacious property in a great location. There were just two of us, but the property could easily accommodate a larger group. Extremely well stocked with kitchen basics and all the beach gear you could need. The property could use some minor cosmetic repairs (paint, dings in cabinets, etc), but nothing that impacted our stay or impacted cleanliness. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the birds, using the pool, walking to Turtle Bay and exploring the North Shore. The Kahuku food trucks are a short drive from the condo and offer tons of delicious options.

Amazing stay with excellent communication!Our overall experience was fantastic, and I would absolutely stay here again with my family or for a couple's getaway.The reservation process, cleanliness of the unit, and the prime location were all excellent. We also really appreciated the quick responses to our concerns via text messaging.There were only two small areas for improvement:• Maintenance follow-through: We texted to let them know the remote was missing batteries. They asked for permission to enter while we were away to replace them, which we gave, but it unfortunately never happened.• Pest control: We did spot a few roaches in the unit. However, we had just come from the Ritz-Carlton for the first week of our trip and saw them there too. It is a tropical island, so we completely understand it comes with the territory!Aside from those minor details, the unit itself was amazing, and the customer service was highly responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

The location was great for north shore activities. Nice walk to the beach where the kids could play in the sand and a short drive to sharks cove and the Polynesian cultural center. Plenty of air conditioners for everyone to be comfortable on different levels. Great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo adequate. Not the best, not the worst. Convenient to major attractions on north shore. Condo is not close to beach or walking trails, a car is needed for that. Furniture in living area is very cheap and uncomfortable. Bath towels are let’s say well used. Sleeping Pillows are poor quality and well used(flat). I fell in the tub in master while showering. There are no treads or mats to keep from slipping. The condo is older and kind of funky. The air conditioner and fan in master is too noisy to sleep. We had to sleep in the upstairs bedroom where beds were comfortable and fans and air conditioner was quiet. There are 3 smart TV’s. I guess there is cable but the remotes for those had dead batteries so we couldn’t watch. The TV Remote for upstairs had dead batteries also. Kitchen pots, pans, dishes, utensils were all high quality and well stocked. There is no ice maker or filtered water dispenser. Pool was great-warm and clean and lots of deep end.

Clean, updated and well stocked 2-bedroom/2 bath condo

Our adult family of four appreciated that the unit had air conditioning in all rooms, was clean, and well stocked, including beach items (chairs, wagon, snorkel, boogie boards, etc) that we could use. We enjoyed our stay and would rent it again!

A Lovely & Comfortable Stay

Great Location

Fantastic location in Turtle Bay. Easy access to turtle bay beaches and easy to get to many north shore beaches as well. The Kahuku food trucks are about 10 minutes away and a great alternative to restaurants. The property is well stocked. The air conditioning works great to keep it cool. The loft stays cool as well. Neighborhood is quiet. Check in and locating the property is simple. Host was great. Very responsive and communicates well.

Home away from home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a perfect stay at the Wave House! The beds were comfy, AC kept us cool. There were a lot of thoughtful touches. We really only needed to bring our own food and drinks and coffee. They provided bathroom soap, dish soap, laundry pods, coffee filters. Everything you would need for a fully functional kitchen was provided, including Tupperware. To our surprise they also had beach items-boogie boards, beach chairs, masks/snorkel, fins, and a handy wagon to transport it all in. We loved every minute of our stay! It was clean and comfortable!

We felt the listing made the space look better than it was. It was nice to have the convenience of a full kitchen and washer and dryer. However, the bathroom towels didn’t seem very cleaned. Some were stained and discolored. We also found it odd that we were only given two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels. Any items such as those or soap, body wash, etc were limited and any extra was on you to supply. We did find it very nice to have the ability to use the outdoor chairs and towels for the beach. This is a good option however there are much nicer condos available so next time we will do a little better searching for one.

Unit Was Meh...

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I always stay at the Kuilima Estates when we visit Hawaii, which is annually. Needless to say, we've stayed at more than a dozen different units. This was, by far, one of the more underwhelming units. The air conditioning in the primary bedroom is outdated and is so loud, this needs to be replaced urgently. Also, there is no closet in the primary bedroom, only a make-shift bar with hangers hung by what should be an accessible window. Basic necessities were missing: ice cube trays, beach cooler, beach umbrella. Also, a corner of the area rug in the living room is a trip hazard, either this corner needs to be fixed or change out the area rug.

Great location, this condo was perfect. Felt like we were at home from day one. The unit was just as it appeared in photos. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Air conditioning and fans made the house feel comfortable. The washing machine and dryer in the unit were perfect for our family. The host was quick to respond to any questions we asked. This is our second year staying here and we will return and recommend to family and friends.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect for our family of four. It was clean and well maintained, with comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen and even beach chairs/supplies to make our visit easier. The location was perfect too, being a short walk to the Ritz and the beach. It was nice to have our own larger space but still getting to enjoy the lovely amenities of the Ritz.
