Fantastic location and beautiful modern three level waterfront home. Really enjoyed the location near Skaha. Great views and lovely patio overlooking the lake. We swam and enjoyed the private dock.Kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and amenities.

Fantastic house. Recent built and very nicely designed with many nice features. Lots of windows to take advantage of the lake. Host was quick to reply to questions.

The property has a beautiful view and an excellent location, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness and readiness of the home fell short of expectations.When we arrived, the house was not clean. The kitchen cabinets, washer, and dryer were noticeably dirty. The deck off the kitchen was so dirty that we couldn’t sit outside until we spent about 45 minutes cleaning it ourselves. The deck off the master bedroom was even worse — we didn’t attempt to use it at all. The BBQ was also extremely dirty, and we had to scrub it with soap and water before it was usable. Only 2 of the 3 TV's were usable.Also, we were surprised on the day of check-in that there were guests in the lower level of the house. The description of the property on VRBO said it was a 3 bedroom house but never disclosed that there was a suite in the lowest level of the home.In addition, the master bedroom is beautiful with a view of the lake. It is wall to wall windows with a large window in the walk-in shower also. Unfortunately, there were NO window coverings at all in the bedroom or shower, so there is NO privacy. This was very uncomfortable for us. These issues took away from what could have been a great stay. With proper cleaning and maintenance, this property could easily match its beautiful setting.

, A bit of an unfair review in my opinion, If they were cleanliness issues, you did not reach out to me whatsoever. The cleaner even came back to bring you more coffee, and if there was any concerns about the decks, then it could’ve been remedied immediately. The property description, as well as the detailed notes it states that there are no Blinds in the master bedroom or third bedroom. Being 4 stories above nothing but the lake behind the only concerns for privacy would be the Eagles and birds flying by. Also detailed in the listing is that there is a suite that may be occupied by me or by another guest. I appreciate you coming to stay at the property and glad you enjoyed it overall but next time please make sure that you read the detailed description.
