I've stayed with Al before and the property is always what I needed/what is shown in the listing. He's easy to reach if anything is needed, good communication. The location also really makes the stay. It's really close to the bars and the train isn't far either. I would/plan to stay again.

Everything about this spot was impeccable. The host was attentive and helpful throughout the whole process, and the check in/out process was smooth and easy. The location was perfect as well, the neighborhood was so cute and close to everything.

This place was clean, well furnished, temp was good, location was good for our visit. I will have to say to get to bathroom required a 11” step down, cross a small landing and step back up and although the sofa bed is a queen we could not use it they way it was set up up.

Great stay. Place was small but big enough for my boyfriend and I. Walking distance to a lot of bars/restaurants and check in was a breeze. The cleaner woman did walk in on us but she just confused our checkout with another apt and apologized profusely. We’d definitely book again!

This stay was great, lot to do around walking distance, and safe area, next to coffee/donut shop. Must check it out!! People are super friendly. Alberto was great, and communitive! Will book again!Only downside was parking, was very difficult to find.Cleanliness was the other downside.

Ok for a short stay. Pleased with walking distance to food and drink and well-lit entrance. VERY small bathroom/shower with unsafe step down/across into bathroom. Very small TV. Uncomfortable 'beds' and bedding. Not much room once 'beds' are setup. Loud street noise. No laundry pods for washer. Uncomfortable outdoor seating.
Deep step down, then up to bathroom.
Very uncomfortable shower...water got everywhere.
Alot of furniture for such small space.

The place do look like the pictures except for is very very small and where the door is to the backyard or the balcony the roof of it is plastic that goes straight to outside so it stays hot a lot and there's no air conditioner in the unit the fire furnace stays on so that adds on to the Heat and then going to the bathroom there's a drop step and then you guys step up to the bathroom which is inconvenient I'm almost fell a few times and there's constant noise for the neighbors upstairs with the dog walking back and forth and moving stuff all the time but besides that I enjoyed myself well I recommend this I don't know because when I checked out they accuse me of smoking in the apartment because the people that checked in said it smells like cigarette smoke but if you open the patio door if he was outside or walking by smoking a cigarettes to cigarette smell will come into the place and other thing I didn't like there was no cleaning supplies around for me to clean up after myself you know from the bathroom or if I built something by accident or to clean off the surface and a patio door only one door works only and the winners are super hard to lift up to get fresh air in there so you can kind of breathe but that's about it
