The property was newly built and perfect for large groups. I liked the fact that it was designed with many individual bedrooms, not just a bunch of beds. I was impressed with the build quality as well. Great stay!

Golf Trip

The 4 unit stay at the Aeries was perfect for our golf group of 8. It was clean, modern, and everyone enjoyed having their own room. We also enjoyed the larger unit’s kitchen and sitting area to meet for meals. Avantstay managed the property and were excellent at communications.

Did a full buy out of 4 units. Great for 3 families, multigenerational, lots of teens, 16 people total. The units are modern, clean, beautiful views with large sliding doors. Large windows. Hot tub in each unit with amazing sky views on a clear night. New neighborhood with small coffee shop/bakery in main level space. Opens directly to a community plaza, vibrant feeling, but neighborhood is still being built out. Some minor construction noise in the distance. Garage Storage for car and bikes etc is excellent. Staircase to 2nd and 3rd floor is substantial- slightly difficult for my mobility-impaired family member. Great text access to host for questions.
