Welcome Aerie by AvantStay at Discovery Corner, a collection of modern, upscale spaces nestled at the base of the Cascade Mountains, just a 10-minute drive from the heart of Downtown and Old Bend. Perfectly positioned for adventure and relaxation, Aerie offers two- and three-bedroom units, each designed to make your stay in Bend unforgettable.

The Aerie Modern 4 Unit Buyout consists of 4 units with a total of 10 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 20 guests.

Whether you're here to explore Bend's world-class hiking and biking trails, float down the nearby Deschutes River, or take in the slopes at Mt. And when you're ready to explore the town, Downtown Bend's boutique shops, restaurants, and craft breweries are just a short 10-minute drive away. - We offer complimentary dog beds and bowls for our furry guests!
- There is limited bike storage located inside the garage, as well as ski and snowboard storage lockers. Guests must provide their own locks.
- Each unit offers one EV outlet in the garage. Guests must bring their own charger. Please reach out for additional information.

While the layout or design of your unit may vary slightly from the photos, rest assured it will have the same style and include all the amenities shown for a consistent and comfortable stay.

Along the Deschutes River in Central Oregon, rugged landscapes and scenic Cascade Mountains invite visitors to embrace endless outdoor adventure. White-water rafting, fishing, mountain biking, road cycling, and rock climbing are great ways to enjoy the warmer months. Come winter, admire the views by mountain on skis, snowboards, or snowshoes. No matter the season, you won't want to miss dining at seasonal restaurants, touring the breweries, and socializing at the cocktail bars downtown.

Home Truths:
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The dumpsters outside of the units are for commercial ground-floor tenants only. There are shared trash and recycling cans located inside the garage for Aerie guests.
- The electric grills must be turned off and unplugged after every use.
- The outdoor lighting at the property automatically turns on at dusk and off at dawn.
- Please note that all 2nd-floor units have 2 flights of stairs to access the main front door, and all 3rd-floor units have 4 flights of stairs. There is no elevator, and the spaces are not ADA-compliant.
- Adjacent commercial and new home construction may be active during workday hours.

Parking Details:
- Parking is available for your convenience.
- Each unit shares a garage with another unit, so guests must park in the designated parking space within the garage. Each reservation comes with one garage space and one driveway space.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Golf Trip

The 4 unit stay at the Aeries was perfect for our golf group of 8. It was clean, modern, and everyone enjoyed having their own room. We also enjoyed the larger unit’s kitchen and sitting area to meet for meals. Avantstay managed the property and were excellent at communications.
