Exactly as the pictures and words describe. Very convenient to the location I needed and very easy to find. Nicely decorated and comfy beds. Communication with the host was minimal, but exactly as needed. I'll book here again next year if my circumstances are the same. Thanks Cinthya!

Easy 12-15 minute drive to spooky nook. Nice quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. There a couple great farmers market right down the road. Lots of fresh fruit, veggies, local canned goods, meats and cheeses! This was our second stay here while in Ohio for a basketball tournament.

Nice and helpful host. Price was too high for the property. Pictures don’t show an auto body shop directly next door. Pictures made it look like it’s on farmland but it’s not. Some of the shades didn’t stay down. Water container was dirty. Floors are uneven. It looks nice but it feels like it was remodeled as cheaply as possible. Decent condition for one night but it’s not worth what we paid for it.

Hi Corey, this house is 150 years old, we have rehabbed it with lots of love but a house that old will always have uneven floors or walls, however the house is clean, it looks just like in the pictures and it is in a rural neighborhood, however even in rural neighborhoods there are shops, we do not control the surroundings we only rent our little house. It's a bummer some people always see the negative in life.

We really enjoyed our stay, communication was great and check in was easy. The home was comfortable and clean; neighborhood was nice and quiet. Took a walk to the antique store at the end of the street. We have family in town so I’m sure we’ll be back again and have already recommended to others.

We were in town for a basketball tournament. The location was an easy 15 min drive from spooky nook. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was a great benefit. The local coffee shop is great! Will be staying again when we are back in July.

This property was truly idyllic! Located in old Shandon/Ross area, it was a cozy and comfortable stay. The farmhouse was freshly decorated and was pleasantly clean upon our arrival. The property was comfortable for our family of 4 and two dogs. Conveniently located to downtown and surrounding areas and attractions. The host, Cynthia, was personable and responded quick to every question I had. She certainly was a pleasure. I would definitely stay here again and again!

Yes, the host was welcoming, reached out before check in we were all set, gave us check-in instructions and left some snacks for us when we arrived. The house was clean and updated. We stayed here when visiting our son at Miami University, which was about 23 minutes away.

We had a very nice stay here. The host was very responsive when we had an issue with the door lock when we first arrived, and was sorted out quickly. The home was clean and comfortable for our stay. I enjoyed that the area was peaceful. My daughter enjoyed watching the fireflies in the yard. Flubs ice cream was a hit amongst my family. The carport was nice at the back of the property, however we could not use it due to the size of our vehicles and difficulty accessing it. I will search out this property/host if/when we return to the area.
