Welcome to the charming Royal Palms 607 condo, perfectly located between the natural beauty of Gulf Shores State Park and the energy of The Hangout. This 1 bedroom+ hallway bunks/2 bathroom retreat comfortably sleeps 4. Enjoy stunning, unobstructed Gulf views from your private balcony. Features direct beach access, indoor/outdoor pools, and hot tub. Ideal for couples or small families seeking the perfect coastal getaway.

Step into a relaxed and inviting atmosphere designed for couples or families. The main living area, featuring a unique reclaimed wood accent wall, opens directly onto your private balcony. Here, you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail with spectacular, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, from modern appliances and cookware to a convenient coffee maker.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 4):
• Primary Bedroom: Unwind in the cozy king-size bed and fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the waves.
• Hallway Bunks: Two twin bunk beds are cleverly tucked into the hallway, providing a perfect space for children or additional guests.

With two full bathrooms, one with a shower/tub combo and the other a walk-in shower, your group will have plenty of space and privacy.

Your vacation starts the moment you arrive with seamless self check-in via a smart lock. You will have private access to the entire condo, plus a fantastic array of on-site amenities:
• Direct Beach Access: A wooden walkway leads you from the property directly onto the soft, white sands of the Gulf.
• Indoor & Outdoor Pools: Take a dip no matter the weather.
• Indoor Hot Tub: Relax and rejuvenate after a day of exploring.

Jennifer was great to work with. Very responsive. The condo was as described and had everything you could possibly need. Beautiful view and close to all the stores and restaurants. We love Royal Palms and the Gulf Shores and will definitely be back!

The view couldn’t be better! We saw dolphins continuously and the beach wasn’t crowded at all! The entire facility was very clean and the boardwalk was flat and easy to walk, which was wonderful for my knees. The host was very responsive- I had a question about where to leave towels when we left and she answered immediately. This was our first time in Gulf Shores and we’ll definitely be back!

The condo is exactly as described. Clean, comfortable beds. The view of the Gulf was breathtaking. Will definitely stay again for a long weekend.

Property was everything we wanted. Condo was perfect and communication with owner was very fast. Love the location and the view was amazing!!! Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. Our host was very prompt and returning messages and making sure we had all the information we needed. Highly recommend this place. I'm looking forward to the next ghetto.

Great balcony & biew

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was smaller than what we thought. It might be even though it is a one bedroom it does have aging on it. It needs a lot of updating. The view from the balcony was a really good. The bedding was OK and I understand this is a new VRBO listing and when I looked at it and three reviews, I’ll rate it a 10 I thought it would be nicer than what it really was. It really just depends on what you’re used to when you go somewhere and stay. I would recommend it, but I want the people to understand that the unit is small.

Great location

Could use some basic updates to things like shower curtains and all over deep cleaning, but you can’t beat location. Owner is responsive. As a SRT owner myself I have high expectations. Biggest issue, you have to buy your own toilet paper and trash bags, that’s not something I make my renters spend money on when they rent at this cost. I expect at this price to not need to shop for everything when I arrive. I do not do this to my renters. No check in packet was sent so had no idea what to bring and shopping after 9 hour drive is not fun. Be prepared.

The property is exactly as described. Perfect view of the beach, with very easy access to the beach and pool. The host was super responsive when we communicated about early check in and other stay related need to knows. I will stay here again. I hope this unit is available when I return next year. This beach is my favorite place!
