This inviting fourth-floor condo accommodates up to six guests, featuring a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, and a queen pullout sofa in the living area for extra guests. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, while the private balcony provides exquisite views of the surrounding salt marshes. Guest Access:

Enjoy the convenience of one private parking spot under the building (spot #155), with additional parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Other Things to Note:
- Pets are welcome (40 lbs maximum per pet) with a $20 per pet, per night fee. Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing pets.
- A private stackable washer/dryer is available in the unit for added convenience.
- The unit is located near the airport, offering easy accessibility.
