Conveniently located just minutes outside the core of Downtown Edmonton. This home has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a kitchen with a large dining area.

The top level has 2 bedrooms, each with a Queen Sized bed, work space, and ensuite bathroom.

The main level is where you will find our fully equipped kitchen & dining area. The kitchen has been thoughtfully stocked with all of the kitchen tools and supplies you will need to be able to easily prepare home cooked meals, or enjoy your favourite take out meals. We also provide starter supplies of basic spices, condiments, coffee & tea.

The main level is where the front and side entrances come into the home. Close to the side entrance you will find the in suite laundry facilities available for your use free of charge while staying at this home.

Completing the main level is one bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a full bathroom including a stand up shower - so if you have any members of your group that prefer to minimize the amount of stairs that they need to use, this would be an excellent room for them to stay in.

In the professionally finished basement you will find 2 bedrooms, one has a queen sized bed & the other has a single bed. There is a small living room space with a TV & 2 chairs, and a full bathroom with bathing facilities for the people staying on this level.

This listing is part of a duplex, and both sides are available for booking through Pear Properties - message us for the link to the attached side if you are looking for accommodations for a larger group than this home can accommodate. Each half of the duplex is exclusively contained, so you will be in your own independent space. Both properties have 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and their own dedicated access doors. The only spaces that are shared are the outdoor areas (parking pad in the back / public street parking out front).

Parking is available for free at this home on a first come first serve basis. This house has a parking pad at the back of the home is available to be used for both suites in this property. Please be respectful in sharing the space. We do not have marked stalls.
Each listing at this property is entitled to half of the parking pad space and out front street parking which is available on a first come, first serve basis.

Please note that the TV in the upper right bedroom is currently not working and is due for replacement. The other two TVs in the property are working properly and remain available for guest use.

Please refrain from using the property address for mail, as we cannot access the mailbox. For deliveries, ensure door drop-off or depot pick-up arrangements.

Our cancellation policy is as posted. For added protection, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.

For stays of 30 nights or more, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning every 30 days to maintain a comfortable environment.

The property's inner city downtown location may come with city noise, including traffic and nightlife.

We cannot be responsible for personal belongings left behind. Please check thoroughly before departure.
