Overall had a great stay, the space and location were perfect for my family! Thorough instructions were provided about the property and check-in/check-out procedures. It's slightly overpriced for the condition (a little dated and worn, slow draining bathtub, some ants in the kitchen, the third pool is out of service due to the fires, etc.), but I would still recommend it and would stay there again since it's an amount of space and extremely close oceanfront view that's hard to find.

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The sleeping arrangements were exactly what we needed. It was nice that each room had its own thermostat; it made it very comfortable to sleep. The home was very clean and right on the water. It was paradise. We didn’t have a big need to contact the host but when we did they were very quick to respond.

Beautiful quiet setting and still close to whale watches, shopping, and restaurants. Place was clean and stocked well. Watched whales everyday from the lanai!

Puamana No Ka Oi!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: APVR is literally the best organization to work with when renting a unit in Puamana (or Maui for that matter). We received immediate informed responses to every inquiry prior to our arrival. We’ve stayed in Puamana several times over the years and used to live on Maui. Since moving to the mainland, we’ve returned and stayed in many different places on Maui... including several units in Puamana. This was far away the best unit we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was brand new and perfect. We stayed for 18 days and by the time we left, it felt just like home. We will definitely feedback. Mahalo APVR!!

The pool wasn't warm. It was very cold. It needs to be better maintained- rusty umbrella bottoms that cut my child's toe.

Thank you for your comments. The pools are not heated and during your stay the weather was not as sunny as normally this time of year. The pools have been refurbished recently. I have reported the umbrella base to maintenance.

Beautiful place to stay!

This townhouse is beautiful, comfortable and just a dream. It is a very strict community so if you are looking for a place for relaxation and quite this is it! The views are unforgettable.
