The house was very clean, and the host was super responsive. It was easy to ask a question, and directions and advice from the host were fantastic. Having good communication in the beginning and setting expectations really helped with making an enjoyable stay. 10 out of 10 would recommend and would stay again. The beach was a short walk, and driving to the property was very easy. Definitely a great place to enjoy with a larger group!

Great spot. Close to everything yet far enough away that you can relax at the house. Jason was a great host, and his fast responses were welcomed. The dog friendly location was perfect for us. Bedrooms were spacious enough and the 3 Bathrooms were exactly what the 5 of us needed. The house was well stocked, and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here or one of the other available properties that Jason has.

Our stay in Old Orchard Beach was fine. The property was deceiving as the outside was not attractive, but the inside was well furnished, decorative and very clean. The host, Jason, was great. It was listed as sleeping 12 but that was really tight. Each of the 4 bedrooms had a double bed but the rest of the space was a small living area with one couch and two chairs. Three bathrooms were a welcome addition and was a kitchen with everything needed.

Jason was very responsive to all my questions. While the house is an older building everything was working well and we had a great time. The only problem was the first night one of the bedrooms was cold. As we found out the next morning, one of the windows was slightly open. Once it was closed it warmed up quickly.

We booked a trip 4th of July weekend for 4 couples. 1st payment was due at booking 2nd not due until 6/3. I was charged the 2nd payment w out my knowledge at the end of April. When I asked why I was never given an explanation just that I was paid in full. The listing is very unclear as to how many pillows, linens towels, etc. it was posted as enough for 4 people but in a 4 bedroom house that didn’t make sense. I was never given the check-in information I had to ask for it the morning of. When we arrived the house was EXTREMELY HOTT. There were 3 acs ,(1 was on -it was 100 degrees outside) 2 were in bedrooms and 1 in the living room all running on extension cords. We had to unplug the washer and move the ac from the living room into the 3rd bedroom to keep the breaker from tripping. We also had to purchase another air conditioner as we would not have been able to sleep w out it. When we plugged it in the temp in the back bedroom was reading 88. Jason did reimburse us for this but the first few days were brutal (miserable) in the heat. The common spaces never really did get cool. The house itself was OK for an older house. The cleaners could have done a better job w the cobwebs in the living room. But overall it was fine. Nicely decorated. The showers on the other hand are VERY TINY. I am 5 foot 130LBS it was very difficult trying to shower. There are 3 showers all the same size. 3x3 if i had to guess. The location was wonderful very short walk to the beach and activities.
