At the same time, we were very disappointed to read about the late-night construction you experienced, as that is not something we had previously been made aware of and is certainly not representative of the normal experience at this home. While there has been infrastructure work occurring around Ketchum, the work immediately near this condo had only recently begun around the time of your stay. After receiving your review, we reached out directly to both the Idaho Transportation Department and the City of Ketchum to confirm the permitted construction schedule. They both confirmed that construction is only allowed between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. We also specifically asked about the overnight work you mentioned, and the Idaho Transportation Department indicated they were not aware of any construction taking place late at night, as that would fall outside the approved working hours. We certainly understand how frustrating unexpected noise can be during a stay, and we are very sorry that this impacted your visit. That said, we do want future guests to understand that this review reflects a temporary external situation rather than the condition or quality of the home itself, which you also kindly acknowledged in your comments.
