All good here! It's a nice guest house right at the front of the property so it's pretty easy to find and enter. Mike was super communicative and it seemed like I had all I needed for a quick work trip.

The Guesthouse was new, clean, very neat, and comfortable. The location and single story ground-floorplan was perfect for a south Reno location. We'd stay there again!

Clean and well organized space. All needed amenities were on hand. Newer construction so address not easily found when typed into maps but directions provided via VRBO were accurate. Communication with owner good via VRBO messages and no contact. Easy check in and check out. Bed very comfy, fold out couch comfort just so so.

Everything was really perfect. It was effortless getting checked in and the parking was right out front. The host was very responsive with all of our questions prior to our stay. The whole place was laid out very comfortably. Everything was new, clean, and well thought-out with incredible attention to detail. We particularly loved the walk-in closet by the bathroom that allowed us to stow away clothes and suitcases and really feel at home in the space. One real highlight is the quietness of the neighborhood, such a great change from the noisy city streets and parking lots at the hotels in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already recommended this property to our friends and family.

This must have been left by mistake. I never received any communication from this customer about any complaints. Then a month later 2 stars are left with no comments at all.
