the place was clean, quiet, great location. We have stayed at Dubuque many time to visit our daughter and this is the best. I have stayed in hotels around the area and other houses , Ken’s place beats them all. I will definitely stay at Ken’s property again.

The place was very spacious and clean. The host was great with communicating with us and checked in part way through our stay to make sure everything was going ok and to ask if we needed anything. Great location, we woke up to a farmers market on Saturday morning right outside our door! Overall the stay was great, would absolutely recommend and stay again!

After we climbed all the stairs to the listing (it was on the 3rd floor), we were delighted to find it exactly as pictured! It was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for the downtown entertainments that we had planned.

One of the best Vrbo properties I have ever stayed at. So clean and organized. Very comfortable beds. Great communication from the owner. He even checked up on us several times to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend!

My daughter and I had a lovely time in Dubuque! Delicious meal at Oolong AsianCuisine. We had pizza in Epworth, hiked Maquoketa caves and Mines of Spain and checked out Field of Dreams. Lovely, convenient space in downtown Dubuque

Nice Historic Town

Great location. A plethora of different cuisines in walking distance. Host is awesome with his excellent Asian restaurant downstairs.

Ken was a great host. He was quick to answer any calls or texts that I had. To be honest the questions I had were already addressed in the directions if I would have been more thorough. The place was very cool and the DBQ Farmers' Market was nearby on Saturday which was a fun surprise. I would definately stay here again. Beats a hotel room 100%.

One of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in. The bed was more comfortable than my bed at home! There was supposed to be an air mattress in the closet and it wasn’t, I messaged Ken and within 5 minutes he brought it to our door and offered to set it up for us. My only suggestion would be supply a small amount of ziploc bags, foil, plastic wrap…things of that nature. There are 40 indoor stairs getting up there. Try the owners restaurant on the first floor too, absolutely amazing!!
