Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful spacious and clean house. Great location. Loved the screened-in porch. Good selection of beach gear. Host was friendly and responsive. Would love to stay again.[Note: I don't know why the software says I'm from Irvine. You could say I'm a guest from Illinois.]

Loved the hot tub! The neighborhood was quiet and the location to the private beach was a nice 12 minute walk from the home. We had a wonderful stay. Would definitely return to this ideal location in Union Pier.

Great house and location within walking distance to private beach. So appreciated all the beach chairs, umbrella, wagon etc…for our daily beach days! Perfect size house for our family including teens who had own spaces upstairs. Lots of time in the wonderful screened porch too. Hope we can stay here again next summer.

2nd stay at Shore Thing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Despite a minor glitch with the smoke alarms going off in the middle of the night, we had a wonderful month's stay at Shore Thing. It was the second year in a row that we have rented this house. It is a very short walk to the beach, and is equipped with anything you could need for a fun day in the sand and refreshing Lake Michigan water. The house is meticulously clean and the kitchen is well stocked with all your cooking needs. The beds are very comfortable and all the linens are great. The yard is quite large and well maintained and the hot tub is a big plus. Tanya and Henry are a pleasure to deal with. They are most attentive and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. I highly recommend Aqua Vacation Rentals.

Wonderful month long stay at Shore Thing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with our stay at Shore Thing. The home was spotless, very comfortable, kid friendly and nicely decorated. The fenced backyard was wonderful for our 3 year old grandson. It's a short walk to a beautiful beach and weekend farmer's market. We especially appreciated the wagon, beach toys and games that were available. A very small criticism would be that the kitchen could use some updated pots and pans if you plan on cooking a lot. Tonya is great to deal with and I would definitely recommended this property. It is exactly as described on it's website.
