The highly walkable and friendly neighborhood of East Passyunk is lined with indie boutiques, bars and cafes. It’s home to traditional Italian restaurants, world-famous cheesesteak (Pat's King of Steaks and Geno's Steak, both open 24/7) spots and highly acclaimed eateries that have earned it a spot on Food and Wine’s list of 10 Best Foodie Streets in America. Visitors can pick up one-of-a-kind gifts at cute boutiques and independently owned shops, sip coffee or tea at local cafes.

There is street meter parking available near the house. Parking rules are block by block so you'll just need to pay attention to street signs. Usually, parking is regulated from 10 am to 10 pm with 3 hours of parking. It's about as good a parking situation you'll find if you want to be close to the center of the city. There is also a municipal parking lot nearby for ease of parking. Either way, you will find a spot.
If you are flying to Philadelphia, an Uber from the airport to the apartment costs approximately $5-$15.

1. No Illegal Activities: Engaging in any illegal activities within the premises is strictly forbidden.
2. No Partying or Smoking: Partying and smoking are strictly prohibited on the premises at all times.
3. Financial Responsibility for Damages: Guests will be held financially responsible for any damages inflicted upon the property or for any items that are damaged or missing.
4. Damage Reporting: Accidents happen. Should any damages occur, we request that you inform us immediately.
5. No Pets Allowed: Pets are not permitted on the property.
6. Guest Restrictions: Access to the unit is limited to authorized guests only, unless prior approval is obtained.
7. Security Cameras and Noise Monitoring: To ensure guest safety, we've installed security cameras in public areas like hallways and added a noise detector in the apartment.
8. Neighborhood Courtesy and Quiet Hours: Be considerate of your neighbors by refraining from making loud noises after 10:00 PM. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM.
9. Linen Care: We ask that you keep all bed sheets, linens, and towels clean. Any items found to be damaged, stained, or otherwise requiring replacement will be charged at retail price.
10. Energy Conservation: Please ensure all electronic devices such as the TV, lights, fans, AC/heating units, etc., are turned off upon checkout.
11. Checkout Policy: Guests must depart by their scheduled checkout time. Delays that impede our housekeeping staff may result in additional fees.
