Keep it simple at this peaceful and cozy centrally-located home. This home works well for the business traveler, work crews or here visiting friends and family.
The home has been renovated and ready to entertain you and your guests. The convenience of 10 minute or less drive to anywhere in the city. The back of the home opens up to a large city park. Home Includes high speed wifi and plenty of parking. The home offers a fully monitored police / fire alarm system. self check in. Hablo Espanol

- No Smoking, Vaping, or 420 inside of home. -Any Evidence of smoking (Ex: odor and/ or cigarette butts/ joints) will result in an additional $200 cleaning fee CLEANING -Guests are expected to clean up after themselves. Any trash needs to be thrown away in the dumpster in the back alley. -Any excessive dirty garbage/ conditions as deemed by cleaners will result in an additional fee of $100. PETS - No Pets Allowed - Guests who violate this request will be subject to $150 charge EVENTS/ PARTIES/ QUIET HOURS - No Parties - QUIET HOURS- Outdoor quiet hours are from 10pm- 8am - No loud music allowed at any time. SAFETY - Please make sure house is locked when leaving the property THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS -Third Party Bookings are not permitted and will be cancelled without refund if the booking guest is not present for the stay DAMAGED OR BROKEN ITEMS (We understand accidents happen) -If something is damaged or broken you must inform the host immediately. -The same rules apply if items stop working correctly or becomes unusable. (Notify the Host ASAP) LATE CHECK-OUT - Any late Check out, (After 11 AM) without prior approval from host, will result in a late check out fee of $100 - If your check-out passes the 2 hour mark without approval, you will be charged an additional day at the base rate. This DOES NOT mean you can stay in the property for an additional day. The charge is a penalty because our cleaning team is being held up from doing their job to get it ready for the next guest on time. -Stays longer than 21 days are available upon approval from Host. The extended stay does require a lease agreement to be signed.

The host communicated effectively and made the check in process easy. House was clean and comfortable. Worked out great for us as a family of 4. The location of the home was convenient to the town and the university. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.

Great stay!! Had 3 grand kids with us and the park behind the house was awesome. House was fresh and clean. Host responded to every question I had immediately. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Location was excellent. Everything was just like we needed It. We will try to rent it again if available.Lots of places to eat in a very short drive. Lot of shops and store to visit in the area. Texas Road House is very close

The house is in a great location and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time there.There were just a couple of minor details worth noting. The main entrance door was sometimes a bit tricky to lock and unlock, and we noticed a few small cleanliness details in the master bathroom. The black towels also didn’t seem freshly cleaned, so we preferred not to use them.That said, communication with the host was great—they were always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.

Wichita falls stay

Over all good place to stay. Just a couple things, NO Dishwasher, no toaster ( there is an airfryer) If your planing on sitting outside on the patio bring chairs if your driving. There are 2 outdoor chairs in front but if there iare more than 2 of you . You wont have enough chairs.enough enmore than 2 of youmor

Eddie was welcoming and I would have given him a 5 star rating, but the place was not ready by 4:00 p.m. when I arrived. The amenities were good, but the front door lock was having a problem. Eddie assured me he would have the door fixed after I checked out. Other than that the stay was good. The location was good and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The house was very spacious and it was clean. I was told to wash the dishes and he would take care of the rest, but I left it as clean as I found it.

Great little house for our stay in WF during a conference. Comfy beds. The Lock needs to be fixed but the owner knows and hopefully addressed it. We hoped to grill out one night and both tanks were empty :(. Great outdoor hang for grilling…
