We had a fantastic time. The Buckley Bay Beach House is centrally located and all towns are easily accessed. The house was immaculate. The kitchen was completely set up with everything one could expect in a fully functioning kitchen. Thank you for your hospitality!!

Beautiful over-the-garage suite with amazing views over to Denman Island. We were lucky enough to watch a pod of orcas swim up the Sound during our stay. Communication with John was excellent. He quickly brought us propane when we discovered the BBQ was low, which was much appreciated. The lower level queen/bunk bed arrangement worked well for our preteen and teen to share. The home was clean and tidy with all the amenities we expect when staying with a VRBO host. We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful location.

Nice quiet location with wonderful views and walks in and around the property. Slight downside is the lack of restaurants in the immediate area. Another consideration is it is challenging for anyone with mobility concerns.

Beautiful view - met all of our needs

Enjoyed our stay there. Missing a few kitchen items but we left a note and I am sure they will be addressed. I would stay there again.

Fantastic stay at the beach house. Peaceful and quiet. The hosts were very communicative and friendly, but also gave us total privacy. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Very comfortable! Highly recommend!

Lovely place for a getaway

Lovely, well maintained home on a very nice property - great views of the water. The host’s home is nearby but it still feels very private. Would definitely stay again.

Blissful stay in Buckley Bay

The house is beautiful, the surroundings serene. It made for a wonderfully relaxing 4 days. So much to see from the deck including the ferry to Denman Island across the way. Playful seals kept us entertained just off the beach, where we had a fire in the fure pit

Thanks Bradley. We are so pleased that you had a lovely relaxing time. We love where we live and are happy to be able to share the experience. There are always plenty of wild life watching opportunities, we see seals, sea lions and bald eagles on a regular basis and occasionally Orcas and Pacific White-Sided Dolphins. Once in a while a Humpback Whale passes by! One of our favourite trips to take with our friends is a Wildlife Adventure Tour, departing from Comox or Campbell River.

Waterfront Oasis

We had a wonderful stay at the beach house. Amazing waterfront location and greenspace made it easy to keep kids entertained. Views were spectacular and it was such a quiet and relaxing locating with the sounds of the creek down the side of the propery. Perfect stay with everything we needed, including a travel crib. Highly recommend!

Nice property with easy access. Character of the home was great and great view of the ocean.

Great spot. The only thing I would suggest is a bit brighter signage for the address. It was a nice and relaxing home to stay in.
