Efficient, clean, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Quiet, very little noise from neighbors, blackout curtains were appreciated. We had some minor issues, but host was quick to respond.

This property is modern and nostalgic at the same time. The houses are tiny, but clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the deck with fire pit was nice. The laundry on-site was a convenient amenity that we took full advantage of. The property is just a few mins drive to the beach and close to many restaurants and shopping. I'd stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay , perfect for our family of 5 . Nice place , great view . Enjoyed the fireplace and fire pit even in July . Very kid friendly with a courtyard full of games . Bedrooms well appointed and kitchen

We really enjoyed our stay at The Commons. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and nice and quiet! We didn’t stay long enough to cook a meal but the kitchen was good and had things you don’t typically find in a rental like spices and a blender. We chose this unit because it had a deck with a fire pit and a pond view that helped create relaxing evenings and the perfect spot for morning coffee. The only suggested improvements we have would be to install a mini-split in the first floor bedroom and put dimmer switches on the ceiling can lights (they are blindingly bright!).

Our stay was short but very nice. The place was just as described, it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved having our coffee on the back patio the view was beautiful. We look forward to staying here again!

First time using VRBO. It was a very simple process and everything was as described. Unit was great! The only thing was there were no trash bags for the kitchen, and only a few paper towels on the roll, which was no big deal. We definitely would stay again!

We loved the pond behind our unit - we relaxed on the deck and watched the birds. The path around the pond was a nice ½ mile walk. We were only there for one night, exploring the coast on a quick trip from Hillsboro. The unit was clean and comfortable, perfect for the 4 of us.

This property was amazing. It was clean, had lots of beds, two bathrooms! The deck view was so relaxing. The courtyard was a homey feeling. Laundry was easy and free! Location was great.

Very clean and quiet. Nice pond view. Unfortunately we were not able to use the fire pit due to the gas key not fitting. Also could have used an icemaker and the freezer needs to be defrosted. Would also have appreciated bedside lighting in the downstairs bedroom. Overall we were happy with our stay.

AS advertised, the property was very good and clean. The only issue was the washers and dryers. The laundry machines were impossible to use since other renters were not timely in removing their items. Meaning, items were left in the machines (both washers and dryers) for hours after the machines had completed their cycle.

I can’t say enough good about the cottages on Mill Pond in Seaside, Oregon! I had never booked a VRBO before - I had only bad experiences the two times I tried Air B&B - but I needed a bigger place as this was a family trip with three adults, 2 small children and a dog. When we got there, no problem getting in as the code worked. I stepped in and was immediately stunned! Clean, beautiful, bright place with a fabulous view of the pond. A balcony off the living room had 4 Adirondack chairs and a cozy firepit. Both bedrooms had fabulous king-size beds and were so roomy! Each had its own en-suite bath with spacious showers. An indoor gas fireplace and colorful paint palettes made the place bright and cheery. And the SMEG fridge in the kitchen was very cool.What really stood out was how attentive the staff was. If I sent a message that we needed something, extra paper towels, and trash bags to name a couple, it was there in seconds!! We even met the nice young woman who was in charge there locally and she was so sweet! And I must mention the common game room with air hockey, ping-pong, pac-man and other games like that, and comfortable sofas. The courtyard has corn hole, too. Anyway, I was thrilled with the place and would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially if you have kids with you. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Great location, was initially worried it would be ‘too far’ from the beach, but we did the walk many times and enjoyed it. Plus you can drive right down U street and there is free public parking making it even easier. Cannon beach is right down the road if you are trying to see haystack rock. A Pizza place is within walking distance for an ez meal (Angelino’s).4 total dog went and had a blast, kids liked the game room, and loved playing on the central plaza turf (volleyball, football passes galore).Kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher and moderately sized fridge.2 large kind beds, comfy AC, nice porch.Nice and clean, no complaints.Would definitely stay again!
