Questo spazioso condominio all'ultimo piano splendidamente Ristrutturato con accesso all'ascensore e piscina condominiale riscaldata è perfettamente situato a ovest di 41 a nord di Napoli, a pochi passi dal Delnor-Wiggins State Park recentemente nominato una delle 10 spiagge più famose e Vanderbilt Beach di fama mondiale.

L'open space luminoso e luminoso offre nuovi pavimenti in piastrelle, ripiani in granito, lavandini, rubinetti, illuminazione, vernice fresca, nuovi battiscopa - molto nuovi arredi puliti, di buona qualità, materassi comodi (con allergia) e biancheria ... RARO in questo prezzo di affitto- punto e posizione. Completare con cucina completamente attrezzata, lavatrice, asciugatrice .... tutti i comfort di casa! 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni, massimo 6 persone, 1 letto king size, 1 letto queen size e 2 letti singoli. 3 TV a schermo piatto di cui 1 in soggiorno e due in camera da letto, postazione computer, internet e cavo forniti. Morbido Illuminazione d'atmosfera in tutte le camere. Lavanderia in unità con lavatrice e asciugatrice, asse da stiro e ferro da stiro, aspirapolvere. Due set di morbide lenzuola di buona qualità e coperte per ogni letto, oltre a cuscini extra, 4 set di asciugamani di qualità per persona, asciugacapelli in entrambi i bagni. Sedie a sdraio e asciugamani. Living sezione camera è molto confortevole, coccolare con morbido plaid e guardare il televisore a schermo piatto!

Le spiagge sono di vincita del premio Delano Wiggins State Beach Park, quasi un miglio di spiaggia incontaminata termina a Wiggins Pass se si cammina a destra, e Vanderbilt Beach con 3 ottimi ristoranti sulla spiaggia, La Playa, Turtle Club, e Gumbo Limbo, oltre a The Beach Box e un Deli per pasti informali se si cammina a sinistra. Il vicino Mercato comprende numerosi punti di ristoro, vita notturna, shopping, Whole Foods e Silverspot, un cinema di lusso.

Vanderbilt Villas 2023

We stayed at this property for two months, a few months post hurricane Ian. Our host, Janine, was tremendous. She communicated with us several times before our stay, updating us on the status of the beaches and surrounding area. The unit was very comfortable. It was impeccably clean and well stocked. The kitchen appliances were new and utensils were plentiful. The location in North Naples was convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping, and was a short one mile walk to Vanderbilt Beach. The one minor drawback was the pool area was a little small, and there were limited number of umbrellas and lounge chairs. The beach however was close by and accessible. Our host checked in with us periodically to insure we were satisfied with the accommodations. We would recommend this property without reservation.

Wonderful condo and awesome location!

Wonderful condo and awesome location! We rented the condo for two months. We worked remotely while we were there and the WIFI worked excellent. We never had a problem with the internet connection. The condo was exactly as it was pictured. When we arrived, the condo was very clean and well stocked. We also brought our dog which many rentals in North Naples do not allow. We had to take our dog off the premise but there is a nice neighborhood street at the end of the building which was convenient. The condo is about a 20-minute walk to Vanderbilt beach/Delnor Wiggins State park. It is also close to Barefoot Beach and Lovers Key State Park. When Delnor Wiggins State park is full, there is parking available at Connor Park. You can park at Connor Park all day for $8.00 and it’s a short walk across the bridge. Wonderful restaurants and shopping nearby. Our favorite part of the condo was the lanai. Perfect for morning coffee and evening happy hour. We definitely recommend staying here. Thank you Janine!!

Excellent Vacation Home

I enjoyed my stay at Vanderbilt Villas. Janine and her brother Bob are excellent landlords. The condo is clean, and very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Excellent Choice

We were fortunate to have had the opportunity to call this condo unit home for the 2019 winter months. The location is perfect, the owner's most accommodating, and the condo itself exactly as described. We much enjoyed the screened lanai that faces east particularly in the early morning hours! The condo is spacious and comfortable and, as mentioned, in a great location close to Vanderbuilt Beach and away from the hustle and bustle of Tamiami Trail and the traffic. An easy commute to the beaches and activities of Naples. Bonita Beach access is superb! We highly recommend this VRBO listing to all!

A great 21-day stay

My husband & I loved the condo. It was super clean and had all the amenities you could need. The location is superb, because it's only 5 - 10 minutes from everything you could need (including the beach, Turtle Club, LaPlaya, and lots of fun "Happy Hour joints"), and yet it's hidden away from all the busy traffic. The pool was nice and clean and was never too busy. Since the condo is on the 3rd floor it's nice that there's an elevator right there when needed. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We'd love to go back again sometime, it's a little gem!

All agreements with the landlord have been complied with. The apartment was as described, and very clean. The condominium was very quiet, we had a good time. Too bad that you can no longer buy Beach Parking Sticker from the city of Naples, otherwise we would like to come back.

I agree, that's something new and we are hoping Naples will rethink that. A workaround is dropping off your stuff at the turnaround or using the Tommy Bahama rolling beach cart to carry chairs, umbrellas, cooler etc. You can also buy a sticker for Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park, which is a mile of award winning pristine beach that begins immediately to the right of the county beach access. It's one of the top rated beaches in the country; has 5 parking areas, each with restroom facilities, & showers, plus barbecue areas, fishing, concessions, activities, etc. The pass is good for a year for all the Florida State Parks. I'm sorry we never met, I usually explain that upon check-in. You were a great guest, and welcome back anytime!

Wonderful Condo!

We needed a last minute place to stay before we moved into our permanent home in Naples. Janine graciously rented her beautiful condo to us for a few weeks until we could move into our house. The condo was immaculate, well appointed and a great location! I highly recommend this condo.

Perfect for a long stay!

This place is fantastic! We stayed 30 nights and from the moment we walked in we felt at home. There is everything you can possibly need in this apartment and everything is high quality! Choice of pillows you don't even have in a 5 star hotel! There are plenty of towels , sheets kitchen tools that you don't have to stress out about doing your laundry all the time! The location is superb , in walking distance to the beach and a 5 minutes drive from groceries and shopping centers! I would highly recommend it to anyone even with kids or a small dog! Thanks Janine for being a wonderful host!

Fantastic Beach Condo!!

My wife, two small children (ages 1,4) and I stayed here for a month and it couldn’t have been better! The property is very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The description and photos are very accurate, so if you like what you see, you’ll love it when you get there. The condo is well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach supplies, and an in-unit washer/dryer. The building is very well-maintained and the pool was great! The screened-in patio is east-facing, allowing for sunrise views but not hot afternoon sun. Location is perfect, as you are right near the beach and shopping. The building is quiet, and I’m pretty sure our kids were the only ones making much noise! Janine was very communicative, and she is certainly one of the best owners we have ever stayed with. She made sure we had everything we needed, and we couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely stay here next time we come to Naples to visit my Dad, if it is available. Highly recommended!

A nice home away from home, Oct 30 to Nov. 30 2016

Great condo in the super location, we loved the size and clean feel of the property. Having a 3rd floor with balcony made it even more special. As we liked cooking our meals we were faced with a challenge of not having a full stocked kitchen and ended purchasing few things ( cooking utensils, kitchen towels, small vine glasses, carving knife ). Condo is furnished with outdoor furniture in living and dinning room ( dinning room chairs not comfortable as they are too low to enjoy your meal) but the bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy, clean and nicely furnished. There is covered car parking for the condo and plenty visitor parking. Wi Fi not up all the time, needed to call few times to have it rebooted. Owner is great to deal with and promised to correct few things in kitchen, which I believe she will do as she is very much willing to make her guests happy.Would stay there again and recommend to our friends.

If you are considering our condo, we would like to respond the "outdoor furniture" is high end, similar to what many finer resorts use in cabanas and covered dining areas located near pools and beaches, as our condo is. The furniture is very durable and cleanable, we custom ordered an expensive Sunbrella fabric because it cleans well, (indoor fabrics do not), but is still soft like cotton, not plastic feeling, The dining table is a set made to go together, the height seems normal to us. We value cleanliness when we travel, and our living and dining upholstery is easy to keep clean- that's why we invested over $10,000 when furnishing the two rooms. Our kitchen is fully stocked, including high end stainless cookware, plus non-stick omelet and large frying pans, water, wine and bar glasses, nice weight Mikasa silverware, coffee pot, toaster oven, etc. Actually, we haven't had much feedback on the kitchen because many of our past guests haven't used it much, as there are hundreds of nearby casual and fine dining restaurants to choose from in Naples, and many of them have inexpensive Happy Hours and dining specials. We would certainly take care of any reasonable requests if something was found to be missing. We have newer beach chairs and a Tommy Bahama beach cart to wheel the chairs and cooler to the beach. Our sheets and towels are nice quality Charisma brand- many travelers ask where to buy them because they are better than average in a vacation rental. We work hard to be sure our condo is comfortable and welcoming for our guests, and would love to have you stay. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Family vacation 2015

The condo was very conveniently located to the beach and all the activities that Naples had to offer. Guest parking was right by the building and there were always plenty of parking. The screened lanai was perfect for the morning coffee Janine was very helpful and accommodating. She met us at the condo and showed us all the points of interest in and around Naples. She was always available if we needed her. I would definitely recommend this condo for either short or long term stays.

Beautiful condo, close to everything

We had never been to Naples before, so we weren't sure what to expect from this condo, it's location, or the city itself. But this was more than we expected! It is close to walking paths, the beach, and the state park (which has beach access and easy parking). Janine was great to work with--she was very accommodating and went out of her way to give us information about the area and the condo. The condo is beautiful, clean, and has an awesome, open living area. We had a great trip and would definitely come back.

Great Place to Stay

My husband and I stayed here for a few months while he was working on a job in Naples. This condo was the perfect place for us. The condo is spacious, nicely furnished and had all we needed for our time in Naples. The beds are extremely comfortable, and we enjoyed the pool. Grocery stores, restaurants and shopping are all within a short drive. We enjoyed watching sunrises from the balcony, and walking to the beach in the evenings to see beautiful sunsets. We would definitely recommend staying here.

His rates are very reasonable if you need his assistance! I enjoy riding my bicycle, yoga, reading and spending time with my family and friends, either at home or out for a day or night on the town!

I fell in love with this area 30 years ago, and have lived happily here since. It's less crowded than South Naples, with beautiful beach parks and great restaurants, shopping and recreational activities all around, and walking/biking paths to everywhere! Once you know Naples, you realize what a great central location Vanderbilt Beach is...located just a few miles from dozens of great places to go and things to do, both to the South and the North. Plus, less than one mile from white sandy beaches!

It's the cleanest, best quality condo in the Vanderbilt Beach area for the price. Your comfort is my priority, I tried to think of everything I want in a vacation home and provide it, from the comfortable beds and furniture to the cuddly throws on the sectional! This condo is immaculate...no worries about old smelly, soiled rooms here! Small well trained dog allowed...thoroughly cleaned upon a pets departure.
