Perfect location for our annual golf tournament trip at Emerald Canyon, just above hole #2. Place was very clean and the jacuzzi was huge. Had everything we needed with the exception of hangers in the closets but our group bought some. Could also use ice cube trays. No ice maker in the freezer. My bed was a little uncomfortable, I was in the master bedroom but I am particular about having an extremely comfortable bed. Otherwise, the place wass great and we will likely rent the place again next year. Would recommend heating the pool. Even with 98 degree temperatures in the day, the pool is too cold to utilize without heating.

I give the Eagles Lair a five-star rating. However the cleaning service people that they have cleaning this house needs to do slightly better. It was not the host or the house, it was their cleaning crew. There was some food particles and other items on the kitchen counter not a big deal to clean. Also one of the beds had sand in the sheets but they had laundry soap there and a laundry room we just quickly washed them and put them back on the bed. Again wasn't a big deal. We also had some minor issues that required maintenance. I contacted the host. And they quickly got their maintenance guy there. He was very polite and respectful. He came out handled the issue and we went on about our week. Other than that the house is amazing the pool is amazing. They left a speaker there for us to use outside for the pool. We didn't have to pull out ours. It's got an electric fireplace which we used one of the nights believe it or not in Arizona we had to use it because it got a little chilly as we were all sitting around the TV watching a movie late at night. I gave the accurate listing a four-star because it wasn't accurately listed there's an extra bedroom that was not listed on the VRBO website or other websites that they have this house listed on. But again everything was very minor and the house was amazing.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house exceeded our expectations and was exactly as described, if not better. The location was perfect for us, with very easy access to the water for launching our boat. One of the biggest highlights was the amount of space available. There was plenty of room for our boats, trucks, and all of our gear, and the parking situation was exceptional—something that is not always easy to find with a larger group and boating equipment. The pool was an incredible bonus and ended up being where we spent most of our downtime when we weren’t out enjoying the river. It was the perfect place to relax, cool off, and enjoy time together. Overall, this property was comfortable, convenient, and exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place near the water!
