Great property in a great location near downtown DSM but can easily access West Des Moines as well. Very modern and contemporary setting inside.Only wish was that the bedrooms would have a TV in them. Very nice place to stay for a long weekend!!

A great spot! Close to downtown Des Moines, clean, comfortable. The garage is tight for two cars, but we made it work. Otherwise, no complaints.

We had a wonderful time! We came up for a girls weekend for the Des Moines Women’s half marathon. Great location—easy to get to the race for the packet pick up and race morning. The host was prompt with our questions. The overall condo was very clean, beds were very comfy with extra pillows. And allowing us to have a late check out on Sunday was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again!

Great weekend getaway

We were in town visiting relatives and this was one of the nicest rentals we’ve been at. Very stylish and clean. Living spaces were very comfortable and spacious. We would definitely rent here again!

Best of DSM!

Absolutely the best property in Des Moines. Love how the place is set up and decorated. Always super clean as well! Pam is the nicest host and is very accommodating!

Des Moines Trip

The property was very nice and clean... check-in was a bit confusing because there was another apartment with the same number right next door. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and it was probably one of the cleanest/nicest VRBOs I've ever stayed in.

Best Experience Ever

We arrived at the property after a long day and it was retreat. The communication was excellent. The view of the city is amazing. My family wants to come back to Des Moines just to stay at the property again.

Parking was a huge inconvenience. We weren’t able to park the vehicle we drove there. Had to switch cars with a family member. There absolutely should have been disclosure as to what size vehicles can be accommodated

Very clean and modern. Decor and attention to detail was appreciated. Parking was a bit of a challenge. Although a two car garage was described in the listing and available it’s really meant for compact cars.

This townhome is the perfect location for a stay in the Des Moines area. The home is modern, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean. All amenities as listed plus. The garage is a huge benefit. Could not ask for a better view of the Des Moines skyline from the patio....also great spot of breakfast, meals, and lounging. Easy driving distance to downtown, Madison County in general, and surrounding suburbs. Close to walking/biking paths along the waterfronts. Would highly recommend this home for any future visit!
