The property was very nice and had several restaurants and amenities very close by. The host was prompt and responsive when we had a couple of questions. We were able to walk to many places. It it was a little further out than we expected from the French Quarter.

The host was so gracious and the house is beautiful! We can’t stop talking about how comfortable the beds and pillows were! Several restaurants and convenience stores a short walk away, and a short walk to the French Quarter and streetcars. The pool is amazing and so relaxing on a hot summer day of walking and sightseeing. Highly recommend this host and property, would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous, spacious house! Elegant, high end decor, fully stocked kitchen and bedroom/bath suites. Very clean. Private yard with pool & hot tub perfect for relaxing any time of day. Secure off street parking. Close to several restaurants and French Quarter. Great communication from host, easy check in and out. Will definitely be renting this house again!

Our group of 10 had an excellent stay. The walking distance to the quarter was just what we were looking for. The rooms featured comfortable beds and ample space. The pool area was a big bonus—perfect for unwinding after long days of exploring the city.

This place was amazing. It's in a nice quiet spot, but still close to all the action. The pool and hot tub were a great way to rest my feet after all the walking. The beds were really comfortable too. This place was the icing on the cake that was a fantastic time in New Orleans.

We planned our entire trip around the dates this home was available. We simply loved it. The backyard trees and pool/spa area are beautiful. The house has been well cared for and is gorgeous. The high ceilings, room paint colors, the art and a nice big kitchen too! It is a nice neighborhood full of historic homes and some nice spots to eat and drink. We hated to leave after 10 wonderful days.

My family stayed for a few days the end of May. Clean, comfortable, charming home with all the necessary amenities. Easy walking distance to the French Quarter. Loved the private outdoor area. We had looked forward to cooling down in the pool after much walking and sightseeing in the heat. Unfortunately, the pool temperature was like extra warm bath water-so we couldn’t really use it. Would be perfect in the winter time, though. Loved playing games around the large dining table. The host was very quick to respond whenever we had questions. Would stay here again, but would ask the host to check the pool water temp prior to arrival. Overall had a very enjoyable stay.

Check in was easy. House was spacious and well kept. Wifi worked perfectly and the secure lock up for the car next to the house was really convenient and secure. It was quiet and the pool was lovely in the NOLA heat. Had a super stay and close to restaurants and the French quarter. Also appreciated that every bedroom had a tv for all to be content.

Beautiful home. We had a great time. Well stocked, comfortable beds, classic shotgun home close to everything we wanted to do. Private parking put it over the top. The spa heater wasn't working, but they did everything they could to get it fixed during Mardi Gras! We had it for our last night. And a small refund was appreciated. Overall, an excellent home for our family. I'd stay again in a heart beat. Thanks Devon for all the help.

This house was perfect for our 8 people. It was close enough to walk to the quarter, but just far enough to feel residential & quiet. The house itself was both charming & spaciousI loved the New Orleans decor and the openness of the living, dining & kitchen areas. There was plenty of everything we needed and Devin was very kind & helpful to us about things we needed & things we couldn’t figure out. I especially loved his detailed check-in & checkout instructions, as well as several printed aids in the house. I would LOVE to stay there again and 7 other family members echo that sentiment!

Ultimate luxury in the heart of New Orleans

10 of us stayed for a 40th bday celebration and this place was perfect. Beautiful, loads of character, walking distance to everything we wanted but on a quiet street just removed from the action for peaceful pool time and good nights sleep. Fully stocked kitchen! Laundry on site. Super responsive and supportive hosts. Would 10/10 stay there again. Thank you!

A wonderful stay!

We visited NOLA for a family wedding. I wanted a place near the french quarter but also needed a single story for my older parents. This fit the bill perfectly. So much room to enjoy with the 5 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Very clean with nice amenities like the bedding, towels, and especially the nespresso machine! The gated parking was also a plus. My husband and I walked to the french quarter and around the neighborhood in the evenings. Also to Robert's grocery, perfect for food, snacks and a nice beer and wine selection. We enjoyed the back patio, pool and spa for a relaxing place in the evenings. Would stay again and hopefully can plan to soon with friends. Easy checkin and checkout. A real gem!

Perfect Location, Well thought out house, & attentive host

This was the absolute perfect place to stay in New Orleans. Smack dab in the middle of Marigny, you could literally walk anywhere. The best restaurants, music, art, etc were all a short walk away. And to us, that was one of the best parts of the experience. The house was perfectly suited for a large group. There were plenty of bathrooms (and even hair dryers at every sink, which was a plus for a group of girls!) The beds were cozy. The backyard was fun with the pool and hot tub. We really couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The host was so attentive to every little detail. If there was anything wrong, he was literally there within the hour to make sure it was fixed for us. I'm not used to such hospitality like that. It was very refreshing to have a host who actually seemed like they cared about you and your experience there. For that, this is a 10 out of 10! If you are deciding between places, I can promise this place is THE ONE!

We had a stellar experience staying at this beautiful property. The location can’t be beat, and the private parking made the experience truly top tier. Devin communicated with us both before and throughout the trip, and check in was a breeze. This home is truly a treasure. We loved the 15-foot ceilings, the beautiful drapes, and the artwork. The home was immaculate. The beds (and pillows) were incredibly comfortable. We visited as a group of 9 to celebrate our daughter’s high school graduation. Everyone had plenty of space, and we all enjoyed the private pool and spa. For those who enjoy a great breakfast pastry, the property is near Ayu bakery and Loretta’s Authentic Pralines. If you are considering this property, I would encourage you to book it! With a gem like this future availability is sure to be limited.
