Rooms were clean, host communicated well with us, family friendly, places of interest were nearby, did not use the hot tub but is was there if we needed it, nice new sauna, plenty of space.

The property had some awesome amenities with all the games, the hot tub, sauna, and beautiful fire pit area. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, glasses, plates, and flatware. Everything was comfortable and clean.

Loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. There’s something for everyone to do from toddlers to adults. The kids loved all of the games and play areas.

This house had everything we could have needed and several extra touches that made it perfect. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. We all loved the added touches like robes in the bathrooms and plenty of towels for the hot tub and sauna. The outdoor fire pit, hot tub and sauna were very nice and clean. Great appliances and kitchen cooking equipment. And it’s so close to so many local attractions. We visited Bear Rocks at Dolly Sods, Seneca Rocks, Smokehole Caverns, Davis, Thomas. and Blackwater Falls and park while staying here. Perfect for 3 families with kids.

Very welcoming- beautiful spacious home - included some great amenities - great sled riding Hill outside for the kids - Nintendo was a huge hit! Overall wonderful experience.

Leslie was so helpful and welcoming. The home was inviting, comfortable, and decorated so beautifully for the holidays. We had such a wonderful time and the house was perfectly located for skiing, hiking blackwater falls and checking out Thomas and Davis.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Hose is brand new with planty of rooms for us. The sauna and jacuzzi made our evening relaxation pleasant. The entire check in/out process is easy. Thank you!

Very well equipped kitchen for cooking. Nice comfortable beds. Very clean. I would highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back when it’s warmer to enjoy the outside fire pit.

Excellent stay!

Beautiful house, with tons of extras, not typical for regular rental properties. Game room, kitchen, living room - all have everything you may think of, and even more!Comfy beds, large hot tub, vinyl player with disk collection…Very friendly and responsive manager.Definitely want to come back!

Leslie was such a wonderful host ! We were able to check in early and the house was perfect and accommodated all our needs. They supplied more than we needed and of course the hot tub and sauna are an awesome bonus. Location between both ski resorts was absolutely perfect! Thanks Leslie My family had a very special Christmas this year!

Amazing House!

We took a trip with a group of our friends and their kids (8 adults and 8 kids) and we all agreed this was one of the best rental homes we have stayed in! There were so many small details that added up for us- kitchen that was big enough for folks to cook and hang out, phone chargers all over, nice bedding and towels, so many hooks (IFYKYK) and more! We are looking forward to going back to check out the area summer fun!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is full of amenities that satisfied our teenagers and adults. Plenty of room overall. Every item you would need to cook with was there all the way down to a waffle maker. The manager was very responsive. The record player and selections of records was a nice touch.

Perfect house for a large group! Everything we could’ve needed was there. Plenty of towels for everyone. Stocked coffee bar. Lots of dishes. Plenty of parking. Everything was great. Family vacation spot

My family of 17 stayed in this lovely home for our family vacation. It was beautifully outfitted with everything our family could have needed for every age. Lovely bedding, and comfortable beds, games, game tables and so spacious! There was something for everyone but large rooms for us all to come together as well. We were within 25 to 45 minutes of every activity we wanted to do while in West Virginia including hiking, horseback riding, white water rafting and touring Seneca caverns. It was a great place for us and we had an incredible vacation.

WV Family get together

We brought our family together for a birthday celebration in the relatively centralized location in WV. The house is well outfitted, great size for large group, close to Blackwater state park and beautiful outdoor exploration. Lot of amenities which we used: porches, hot tub, double laundry, well stocked kitchen, etcHad some hiccups due to excessive rain in the area, but our hostess Leslie was very available and responsive throughout our stay, whether to deal with an unexpected issue or a simple question. Thanks for giving us a great place to stay!

We had an awesome stay at this property and would absolutely return again! This home was spacious, clean and well appointed-we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The location is excellent: centrally located between Canaan Valley and Blackwater Falls State Parks and just a short walk (or 60 second drive) to a nearby horseback riding stable, which was a fun bonus!Leslie, our host, was wonderful-proactive, friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Her communication and hospitality really stood out and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this property if you’re looking to explore the area and have a peaceful, well-equipped place to come back to each day!

The house was perfect for our extended family. We had one family upstairs, grandparents on the main level and one family downstairs. Everyone enjoyed the space, amenities and closeness to Timberline for skiing. All generations made use of the arcade and the little guys loved the playroom. We came right after a terrible snow and ice event, but the community roads had been plowed and the parking space for the house was clear. Leslie was a responsive and considerate host. We'd definitely consider renting again.
