No better area where you can walk everywhere in town and the beach is a few steps away. I’d absolutely stay again. Thank you Rockaway Beach.

The location is Perfect!! We were there for “girls trip” celebrating our friend turning 49! We truly enjoyed our time together-We walked to the train, we walked to dinner, we were steps away from our fire on the beach! The condo is clean and plenty of space for our party of 6! The host is excellent t with communication!

The Beach view is awesome. 1 - But, if you want a TV to go to sleep you will have to sleep in the Master Bedroom or on the couches down on the main floor. 2 - The other issue we had, is the couches are way too low to the floor. Shoot, they don't even come up to your knees. Beautiful view of the ocean. Easy access. Overall the room was great!3 - I wish they had stairs down to the beach. There is no access. Great Stay!

This property is in need of a major renovation. Several things need to be repaired or replaced. To name a few:Sliding door on top level is broken and very difficult to open or closeScreen fell off the main level sliding doorFurniture is dated and very uncomfortableDishwasher door makes major noiseCurtains needed in bedrooms that will block sunlight in morningOn the plus side, this is a great location and a wonderful beach. We made the best of things and had a great vacation.

This condo was a game changer for our family! We've travelled to Rockaway beach every year in the summer as a family tradition for the past 10 years. Always booking a hotel in Rockaway right on the beach. When this unit became available, we immediately booked it, (even though it was about 300 more overall to stay the week). Our family of four loved how each of us had our own space, plenty of bathrooms, full kitchen, nice big living room, beautiful view of the ocean right outside our sliding glass door, with-in steps to the ocean, and not to mention how much quieter it was while trying to sleep versus staying at the hotel. The only thing we missed was not being able to swim in a pool. I think if there were any suggestions to give, a nice hot tub facing the ocean would be amazing! Overall, we'd definitely book this condo again!!

Absolutely stunning views of the ocean. Easy access to the beach. Great location to town square. Plenty of room-great floor plan. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was wonderful-we ate Turkey and watched football. Best Thanksgiving ever!

If you want to be beach front in Rockaway Beach, this location is a 5! Great views and easy access to the beach with plenty of space in the unit for our group. However, it may be time to replace carpet, furniture, drapery and other furnishings in order to bring it back up to a 5 star property.

Great Beachfront Stay in Rockaway

Fantastic accommodation right on the beach at Rockaway. We had Thanksgiving dinner and made use of the well stocked kitchen. Great spot - will stay again.

Wonderful size, location and access to beach, just right for our family. Centrally located to other points of interest, charters, Tillamook cheese factory and other beach locations.The property is in need of some TLC and repairs. We love the area and property so much we are considering a return trip for next year. Definitely a gem find.

Clean, great location...steps to gorgeous beach

We had a fantastic experience at this property! It is clean and well-kept. We were able to cook great meals in the kitchen and it is so close to the beach. It was the perfect size for our group.
