Our host was helpful. Not the best location, but can't beat the price. Would've like a couple more mirrors, the only mirror in the house was in the bathroom.

I would not have rented this property for the price I paid if it didn't have a washer and dryer. We were there for 2 weeks. Also, parking was on the street which wasn't an issue for us this time. A car was definitely needed as there weren't any grocery stores within walking distance. We were able to walk to the Charles Russell museum from the residence.

Im sorry the washer and dryer were out of commission. We are getting it taken care of. There is a clean and safe laundrymat accross the street and i have left quarters in the kitchen drawer for people to use. Sometimes things happen outside of our control. There is a TON of parking off of the street. Both in the back and at the eye care clinic next door that we own. We are sorry that the grocery stores are not closer, I did not remember stating that they were within walking distance but Big Sky Grocery is only 6 or 7 blocks away. I cannot move the house. The washer and dryer is on us. If I knew it was that much if an issue I would have lowered the price for you. We will improve based on your recommendations. Thanks

Some things great, others not

The inside was remodeled and everything new which was really great and much appreciated;the closets were not updated and the rod grungy though; in general there was a lack of being nicely stocked in kitchen and bathroom; outside/ yard/ fencing not great; needs cafe curtains in kitchen since all those windows face busy roads esp for nighttime; owner very nice and responsive which was excellent

This property was excellent for a two night stay close to lots of food and shopping. We chose this property due to our dog having A.C.L. Surgery last month and this property had a fenced front yard which would allow him to have a little time off leash. More steps for him to get into the house than I had anticipated but he managed those well. Small but comfortable house and easy access to places we wanted to see and visit. It was very hot the day we arrived and the house was very warm; however Joe, our host, responded promptly by installing a window air conditioner for us. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to be close to downtown area with a hospitable host.
