La moderna casa ristrutturata include quanto segue:
cucina della cambusa - Piano di lavoro in granito, doppio forno, piano cottura piatto, lavastoviglie, armadi in noce, argenteria, pentole e stoviglie necessari. Griglie a gas e carbone sono disponibili anche per grigliate esterne.

Calore / Aria a seconda della stagione. Pavimenti in legno massello, interno in pino intrecciato - esterno a metà tondo in tronchi.
TV via cavo, Internet wireless ad alta velocità per coloro che hanno bisogno di stare al passo con il lavoro o le comunicazioni. Computer e stampante da utilizzare se necessario. Materassi di alta qualità su ciascuno dei 7 letti. 1 King, 1 queen, 1 Full, 3 Twins e una Queen Air nella camera degli ospiti. 2 camere da letto al piano superiore e 2 principali più la darsena. Biancheria fornita per tutti i letti.

Cabina doccia, 2 lavatrici e asciugatrici. Teli mare, teli doccia e teli da cucina forniti.

100 'dock consente la pesca dal dock. Le scale e la scala del bacino consentono un facile accesso all'acqua. L'acqua è profonda alla caviglia sulla riva e circa 3 piedi alla fine del molo. Fondo sabbioso senza scarichi nella zona antistante la cabina.

Noleggio pontone disponibile da noi. Abbiamo numerosi giubbotti di salvataggio e taglie adatte a quasi tutte le taglie. Sono disponibili anche sci nautici, ginocchiere o tubi da utilizzare dietro l'imbarcazione.

Boathouse ha un balcone sul lago ed è accessibile attraverso la porta scorrevole del patio. Non c'è niente come addormentarsi al suono delle onde che si infrangono sulla riva sotto di te e svegliarsi al richiamo dei lunatici al mattino. Ha anche un camino a gas naturale per coloro che vogliono dormire lì in inverno - soffitto a volta in legno di pino, pavimenti in legno di betulla.

Il patio fuori dal salone principale si affaccia sul lago. Sedie adirondack e tavolo da picnic costeggiano il patio attorno a un'area di fuoco controllata per gli incendi serali.

L'amaca è comodamente appesa tra due pini della riva ed è un ottimo posto per leggere, fare un pisolino, parlare con il tuo altro significativo o conversare in profondità con i tuoi figli o nipoti.

Ampio parcheggio Blacktop per ospitare la famiglia e gli amici con un tabellone montato nel garage - anche il basket. Air hockey e freccette nel seminterrato per le volte in cui piove.

Wonderful location for access to mountain biking trails. Great lakeshore and docks for fishing and swimming. House was adequately stocked and roomy enough to meet our needs.

Perfect family weekend!

We loved our long weekend here! Our favorites were tubing on the pontoon, kiddos playing on the dock, sitting by the fire and roasting smokies and s’mores, grilling dinners, cooking breakfast in the amazing kitchen, drinking coffee in the living room looking at the lake, going for long walks, and just enjoying time with family.

Great time at the lake!!

We had an amazing time at the lake house and are looking forward to renting this property un the future. The house had everything we needed, it was super clean and comfortable, and we had a last aitting by the lake.

Great place

Winter Holiday

Beautiful lakefront home in a classic north woods setting gave our family a place to come together away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We enjoyed the home, playing hockey on the lake and its proximity to wonderful nearby towns. We would recommend the property and hosts and hope to be back again!

Girls Weekend

Very nice, well-stocked with supplies needed, plenty of comfy chairs inside and great sitting areas outside on dock and by firepit. Also, It’s the first time our group of 8 all had beds! Wish we had known we needed to wash bedding before check-out, but it helped that there were 2 sets of washers and dryers.

Mountain Bike and Lake Retreat

Perfect location and cabin for a friends/family mountain bike trip. Ride to all the local trails, bike/coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. End your day on the perfect patio overlooking the lake and watching the ducks, eagles and loons or enjoy a sunset cruise on the pontoon.

Great cabin near downtown and bike trails

My family had a lovely stay at this cabin! The cabin was clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. The patio is a beautiful place to sit and look over the lake and make a fire. We rented the pontoon which made for perfect boating/swimming/tubing days on the lake. We appreciated the location near downtown Crosby and easy biking distance to the Cuyuna trails. We hope to stay here again!

Relaxing cabin week

We rented this cabin for our annual mom/kids cabin week. Location was easy to find. Plenty of parking space, plenty of property space in general. Cabin was clean, boat house was clean. We did not use the boat house it was a little to warm out. Lake was crystal clear and shallow the kids were able to swim way out. We rented the pontoon for a day, which is always a . Cabin was spacious and comfy for all of us. It was well stocked. 4th bedroom in the house is the guest room with pull-out blow up mattress, we were a little confused by this and how the listing reads but it was comfy and worked. We would for sure rent again.

Home on pristine lake

This lake home comfortably slept the 7 of us and included many amenities including a dishwasher and 2 washers and dryers (particluarly appreciated the iphone charger). The highlight of our stay was boating and swimming on the pristine lake. We were in the area for a wedding so would like to return when our time isn't so limited to fully enjoy this property. Of note the stairs to the upper bedrooms are steep and spiral a bit and may be difficult for the very young or very old. couplevofchoursc

Instant Memories!

We treated our son to a lakeside experience here as a high school graduation gift. He brought a friend and they had the time of their lives - they caught a bunch of rock bass and even one smallmouth right off the dock. We had a bonfire every night (with s'mores, duh). The boat was a wonderful way to explore the lake, especially as the sun set on every fun day. It's located close to town (we picked up pizza from Rafferty's one night, and had smoothies at Red Raven) - plus golf courses and Crosby's legendary mountain bike trails. You need to drive or ride a bike to these - a little too far to walk. The home was perfect - it afforded gorgeous lake views. A perfect way to enjoy that morning cup of Joe. Plenty of space and a wonderful kitchen to make meals -- or the grill, if that's your appetite. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful, too. We hope to stay here again!

Fantastic Cabin on Serpent Lake

We had an awesome weekend at Matt's place on Serpent lake. I've stayed in many rentals, and comparatively this was extremely well stocked with plenty of supplies in the kitchen, garage, boat house, you name it. There was even leftover food and drinks (unopened of course), plenty of seasonings and all of the small incidentals that you seem to forget to pack. We were there for an extended weekend with my family, two nephews (children), and there was plenty of space. My wife and I stayed in the boathouse which was perfect for us to have some privacy and not feel like we were all on-top of each other. The only bonus would've been if there was a bathroom, but it was still great! We were able to rent the pontoon and had an awesome time on the lake. The boathouse was also stocked with plenty of extra floaties, fishing poles, tubes, etc. We had a great time in both Deerwood and Crosby. Everything is only a 5 minute drive and you can also dock the boat in town and walk around. We would highly recommend and will likely be going back! Also, Matt was extremely communicative and responsive. Great host!

Beautiful lakeside home and ideal location

Perfect fit for our family of 6 with the boathouse bedroom overlooking the lake. Stayed there over an October weekend while attending a wedding nearby, and met all of our needs. Beautiful home on lake, although due to cold and wet weather (certainly no fault of our hosts), we were unable to take advantage of the water. However, plenty of potential for fun lakeside and outdoor activities while on vacation or a weekend getaway.

Relaxing lake cabin

Large double lot with fantastic lake views inside and out of house. 1mile from downtown. Bike able to trails. Boat house with separate bedroom. Rustic relaxing charm. Well maintained.

Absolutely lovely!

This has to be one of cleanest and most beautiful properties I've ever been to. Pictures don't do the justice. Property is even more beautiful than on picture. Plenty of space inside cabin and gorgeous outdoors. We used pantoon, went fishing and swimming. Enjoyed firepit and felt very cozy and relaxed. Highly recommend! Matt the owner is a wonderful host and very responsive and pleasant to talk to. We'll definitely be back!

We are a pre-retirement couple with 2 kids working and working on a PhD. We live and work in the Rochester MN area. I was born in the Rochester area and met Ann while at college. She was raised in the Lakes area of MN near lake Mille Lacs about 30 miles from our cabin. We are looking forward to retiring in the area and calling it home Vs our get a way place. Until then we are happy to host and share our place with those that also appreciate the quiet and beauty of the lake setting. We truly hope that you enjoy your stay and ask that you call or email with any questions or issue that should arise before or during your stay.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

My wife had been looking for the right place for over a year. - No weeds, no mud, not too many steps to climb up or down when we get old etc. When we drove by my wife recognized it from earlier listings she had seen. It was, for us, the perfect setting and had the potential that we were looking for.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

One of the few places with split field stone retaining walls and foundations. Also the Boathouse is an added plus since you cannot build them anymore, only maintain the ones that already exist. As I have mentioned, it is one of the cleanest lakes you will ever experience. No resorts or supper clubs on the lake make it very quiet. Views of the lake are available from 3 of the 5 sleeping rooms.
