Our inviting bedrooms promise restful nights and rejuvenating sleep, ensuring you wake up refreshed and ready to explore all that our beautiful location has to offer. The upper level bedroom boasts a king size bed with a custom made hardwood bed frame and nightstand set while the lower level bedroom has a queen size bed also with a custom bed frame and night stand set. The upper level bedroom also has it's own en suite complete with a walk in shower and walk in closet. On the main level you will find a family friendly bathroom complete with bathtub. Also on the main level are the laundry room featuring speed queen appliances, as well as the open concept living room, dining room and kitchen area. Two large decks offer you amazing views of the sea and the upper level deck offers a bird's eye view if the pool and outdoor living space. The upper level deck is covered to keep the sun at bay while you relax whereas the lower level deck is an open air deck. With the beach right out your door, this family friendly rental is the perfect location for your next vacation! Our 16x32 pool coupled with the huge outdoor living space is across pleasure and the perfect way to spend a day.

This was an outstanding stay. Private, combed beach with several shady coconut trees, pristine swimming pool with adjacent gas grill, comfortable rooms, kitchen, et al. Easy walk to great restaurants, cafe, art and souvenir mega store, and tour operators, but with a quiet, edge of town feel. Very safe and quiet. Communications with the owner were timely, friendly and super helpful. We enjoyed our three day stay so much we stayed two extra days.

Great place

We loved this property! Great amenities, close to stores and attractions. The patio was so enjoyable at night with the breeze off the ocean. We will stay there again, when we return to hoklpkins.

Clean and very well equipped.

Was a beautiful, clean place to stay. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were very comfortable. We had a couple encounters with some critters during our stay but nothing you cant expect when staying in a tropical place.

The view was amazing, the smell was unexpected but better some days than others. The actual shoreline isn't really fit for swimming, so we did not touch the ocean water at the house. The pool is lovely! The house had everything we needed - basics. They do provide 5 gallon bottles of drinking water in-house and a little pitcher to keep some cool in the fridge or we refilled our water bottles daily and put them in the fridge. Nearby markets had a good variety of items from food, to booze, to sunscreen & bug spray found everything we needed in Hopkins. Several tour companies close by and picked us up right from the house. What a lovely time we had in Belize! We rented a car for our trip - and so glad we did there were several fun things to do within 30 minute drive of Hopkins area. And in 90 degree heat even walking the several blocks to the store was a bit much. We went during some construction of another house on the property, but workers were polite and we tried to stay out of each other's way. Our host Tracey was available when we needed. Book the Trip!! :)

It was our first trip to Belize and definitely not our last one.The location of the property is perfect for everything. Restairants are walking distance, same to the grocery, beach is 10 steps away from the porch. Very quiet and peaceful

The house was very nicely decorated. The furniture was extremely comfortable. The only sound we heard was the waves crashing on the beach. It was an oversight on my part, when booking, that I did not notice that there are no televisions in the property. It definitely won't stop us from staying there again, but we like to watch movies at night. Overall, it was a wonderful property.
