For future guests reading this, we do want to offer a bit of clarity: • The motion-activated outdoor lights and exterior-only cameras are standard safety features, and we disclose them clearly in the listing and pre-arrival messages. Many guests — especially those traveling with pets — appreciate the added visibility and security. We’ve since adjusted the sensitivity of the lights to help reduce nighttime activation. • The home is located in a safe, residential area, at the end of a quiet street. We understand unfamiliar surroundings at night can sometimes feel different, and we appreciate the feedback. We always want our guests to feel completely comfortable, so if anything ever comes up during a stay, we truly encourage guests to reach out — we’re very responsive and would have loved the chance to assist in real time.
